Holiday Lodges in Louth, Lincolnshire - In the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds

Our Lodges lie in Kenwick Woods, at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near the Georgian market town of Louth. The woods are part of the 320 acre grounds of Kenwick Park Hotel, home to a leisure Club, Golf Club, restaurant, bar and a beauty salon. The lodges are situated close to the twelfth fairway, with excellent views to be seen from the decked verandas.

All guests receive complimentary access to the recently refurbished ClubSpa @ the on-site Kenwick Park Hotel, offering a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gymnasium and spa (treatments are available at extra cost and are to be booked directly at the ClubSpa).

Our lodges offer the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and the many attractions it has to offer, with a variety of beaches, shopping, historic sights and attractions all within 30 minutes drive of the site.

Notes on accommodation: All fuel power, linen and towels are included in the rental price. Location is ideal for children, with opportunities for bike rides around the woods, and a playing area at the Kenwick Park Hotel. Cot and highchair are available in the lodges. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets in either property. Outside: Both lodges 10 and 11 have patio furniture situated on the Veranda. The lodges are surrounded by outdoor space, with a variety of wildlife and woodland. The leisure facilities are located approx 1/2 a mile from the lodges, although this is an ideal chance to appreciate the woodland located Kenwick Park Estate. Lodge 10 has space outside for 2/3 cars, and Lodge 11 has space for 1/2 cars.

3 generations aged from 2 years to 60+ all had a thoroughly good time making the most of all the facilities on offer. The log cabin offered excellent accommodation - clean, well equipped , warm and comfortable. Only thing we missed was not being able to barbecue.

We all work hard to provide exactly what guest's are looking for from their holiday and always pleased people have enjoyed their stay. With regards to not been able to BBQ on site i am afraid its due to the site owner rules not allowing lodge owners guest's to use them.. Hope your family come back and stay with us in the future. The coast, with its many sandy beaches and lovely nature reserves, is also easily accessible by car. The Lodges are only 12 miles away from the Lincolnshire Coast of Mablethorpe, and 20 miles away from Skegness. The historic city of Lincoln, with its castle, cathedral and excellent shopping is only 27 miles away.


The nearest airport to Kenwick Park is Humberside Airport, approx 20 miles away. Use of a car is recommended as not all of Lincolnshire's tourism attractions are nearby.


The historic market town of Louth is located no more than 5 minutes drive away from Kenwick Park, offering individual shops, specialised local butchers and quaint streets, traditional of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

St. James' Church dominates the skyline of Louth, famous for being the highest spire in England.

Within the town of Louth, there are many restaurants offering Italian, Indian, Turkish and Chinese cuisines, as well as traditional English meals. There are two large supermarkets in Louth, and many individual shops such as butchers and bakers. Banks in the town of Louth include Lloyds TSB, HSBC, NatWest and Barclays.

Other places of interest in the area are the Seal Sanctuary at Donna Nook, Market Rasen Race Course, Pleasure Island family Theme Park at the seaside resort of Cleethorpes, and Ingoldmells, home of a locally famous market and variety of rides at Fantasy Island. Follow the WW2 Bomber trail, or visit the Memorial Flight Museum, at Conningsby, also within a short drive. There is excellent fishing facilities locally, with 15 ponds within a 5 mile radius of Louth.

Booking Notes:
To book either lodges 10 or 11, please contact us by phone or email.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking, although for a stay within a short time period of booking, the balance is required in full. Remaining balance will be invoiced one month before arrival to the lodge.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day is Friday/Saturday/Monday although Mid-Week bookings are also accepted. Arrival to the Lodges is 4pm, and departure is 10am.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
2/3 night breaks Friday - Monday. 3/4 night breaks Monday - Friday. 7 night breaks Saturday - Saturday.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
