We searched the island for a property with sea views in a quiet location, a car is not required,. All within an easy 3/4 minute stroll to the beach with its water sports in season and in the other direction an short 3 minute walk to the to all shops, cafes, supermarket, bank, restaurants, chemists, car hire, bus services and more.

The other criteria was it had to be in a quiet location away from a main road.

Amazingly we found this in a complete package in Faros Blue Flag Beach Kato-Paphos almost adjacent to the Tomb of the Kings. You will love it

Notes on accommodation Wi-fi included , for security/damge/breakages a refundable deposit £150 Cots and highchairs for a small weekly fee. Booking is strictly for up to 4 guests. The property is also well equipped for cooler winter evenings (January, February) with duvets, blankets and heater etc. These days can still be very pleasantly warm and sunny, cool nights. Outside: Small balcony off the twin bedded room for morning sun with chairs and table for breakfast for two. Large family balcony with South facing sea and pool views. Outdoor large wooden table, four teak tilt chairs and sun loungers, outside lights. Large pool ,. Full underground parking to keep your car cool and safe off road. Terrific location spotless site and aprtment

Beautiful site close to everything , sea in front of the apartment and shops, 4 minutes walk behind . The site and pool very well maintained and the apartment was scrupulously clean and fresh on arrival even with a bottle of spring water in the fridge . Although we ate out the apartment was superbly equipped and included wi-fi and Uk TV channels . Highly recommend and we will be back

Great place to relax & great location

All 4 of us had a fabulous time in the flat.( 2 of which we teenager girls) Was a great location, beautiful views over into the sea, all mod cons in flat, ( including Wifi for the teenagers ;)..... very clean and pool was fantastic. We found some great places to visit & eat to have fun, including karaoke and also the lock down game. Plenty to do and see all in walking distance including historic sites, but at still way from the noise so could chill if we choose too in day or evening at the flat. The harbour is a lovely sea front walk from the flat. Was well looked after by Fiona and Philip who own this flat too. Would go back in an instant and would highly recommend .Thank you V & J

Just Great !!

Another super holiday enjoyed at this lovely apartment . The property was spotless on arrival and very spacious and well equiped .The maintenance team always pop in within a day or so to make sure everything is going well and to let us know that they are just a phone call away should we need them.

The small complex has a lovely pool area and well maintained gardens and is in a superb location ,close to the sea and coastal path but also only a 5min stroll from the many restaurants ,bars and shops on the Tomb of the Kings Rd.

We would deffinately recommend this property to friends and relatives and have booked two more visits next year . Which I think says it all !!!!!

Perfect Penthouse in Paphos

This penthouse apartment really does have everything for a great holiday. It is on a small complex with a nice pool, and offers peace and quiet, but only a few minutes walk to all the local bars, restaurants and shops to cater for your every need. The local beach is also a few minutes walk and has a coastal path along to the harbour, for the less energetic the local bus service is on the main road which is cheap, frequent and runs until late. The apartment itself has everything, boasting two balconies providing all day sunshine. The smaller one is ideal for a sunny breakfast, while the large one is perfect for dining al fresco and watching the sunset. When you need to cool down the fly screens enable doors and windows to be opened giving a nice cool breeze throughout. The interior is well appointed, spotlessly clean and spacious with 2 comfy sofas, T.V with English channels, DVD player and a selection of discs to watch. There is also plenty of local information and books to read. The kitchen has more than your average utensils and appliances including a washer, George Foreman grill and a coffee machine. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage and there is a second bedroom with more storage. It also has it's own parking space in the underground car park, keeping your hire car cool. We discovered this gem last year when at a friend's wedding and immediately re-booked for this year. We cannot praise it enough and highly recommend a stay in this perfect place. We will certainly be back!

Coast/Beach:

Superb location quiet yet slcos to everything you could wish for .The beach is easy walking about 300m (we walk it in about 3 minutes), opposite direction and again 300m are shops. chemist , hairdressers, banks , cafes, restaurants and a good bus service. Beautiful 30-40 minute coastal walk, on a no traffic footpath, along the sea sparkling edge to Paphos historic harbour.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Paphos (new) Airport with bus service and is about a 25 minute taxi drive. Car hire not required, everything you require is an easy walk, unless you wish to explore the Island. A local bus service is about a 3 minute walk.

To airport on public transport for approx 2 euros each. The 615 bus from Tomb of Kings road to Harbour bus station 1 euro, then 612 to airport, approx 1 euro. For arrival reverse; bus stop directly outside the airport terminal building.

Further Details:

The excellent location provides a quiet, calm, blue flag, no through road, traffic beach. Full water sports in season are also within about 300m.Historic sites abound, one of the attractions is the harbour area with harbour bars, cafes and shops. For access there is a regular bus, about 4 minute ride or ......about a 30-40 minute walk along a newly constructed no motor vehicle pathway that runs right along the edge of the beautiful blue sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Superb for walkers and joggers and cyclists!

The beach is sandy and the shore line rocky with fish pools and is perfectly safe for swimming all day, or that refreshing dip before breakfast, glorious!

Nearby is the Kefalos Beach hotel plus shop and cycle hire, through the lobby down the stairs for the bar/shortest walk to the beach and nearby the Elysium 5*, one of the few on the Island, again, over-looking the sea with coffee or a glass of wine and their fresh cream cakes are 'to die for'.
