This beautifully furnished apartment is on the superbly situated Royal Seacrest development. On the top floor with a large covered balcony offering views of the pools and landscaped gardens. Pool area includes poolside toilets, showers and changing rooms. In one of the best locations in Paphos, close to the ever popular Tomb of the Kings area, yet in a quiet and private location within easy reach of everything you will need for a memorable holiday. A 5 minute walk will take you to over a dozen restaurants offering every type of international and local cuisine. Here you will also find supermarkets, internet cafe, bars, disco, car hire and banks. A further 5 minute will bring you to a sandy blue flag beach and there are many other beaches close by along this stretch of the Paphos coastline.

Fabulous stay

Just coming to the end of a wonderful 4 week stay at royal seacrest. Myself my husband and elderly father. The apartment is really spacious, very comfortable furnished and kitted out well for self catering and entertainment. The UK Tv is a big bonus with my dad who likes his U.K. TV. The housekeeping was good and the welcome pack had all we needed until we shopped. There is lovely large shaded balcony and the apartment remains cool all the time even when it's hot outside. There is a lovel large pool an landscaped grounds and the whole complex is really well maintained. Jackie is really helpful as us Max the local support. Everything you need locally is close enough to walk to although we had a car and explored all the island over several day trips. Local coastal path walking is really good and there are some super resturants locally and by the harbour which will suit many varied likes and dislikes. Cooked and local sea bream several times it's really delicious. We will definitely be back next year.

Excellent Apartment in a good location.

My wife and I had thoroughly enjoyable two weeks in this apartment. The apartment is well furnished, light, spacious, clean and well maintained, with a good view over the complex . The complex itself has two excellent pools with sufficient sun loungers for everyone and when we were there was quite and relaxing.

The complex is within easy, if dusty, walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and mini supermarkets. There is a Lidl approx 15 mins walk away. If you do not have a car the harbour area of Paphos can be walked to in 20 - 25 mins, depending on the daytime temperature. If you do not like walking there is a regular bus service, with the bus stop 5-7 mins walk from the complex, that runs to the harbour area , or going the other way to the beaches at Coral Bay. Cost €1.50 per trip or €5 all day. If you need to change currency then the harbour area gives the best rates, but shop around, and there is an ATM within a 10 min walk of the complex.

I dealt with Jackie when booking the apartment and she was excellent, always replied promptly to emails and when I had to revise the booking, she took it all in her stride and sorted it out, all in all, great customer service.

When we arrived we were met by Max, who had booked a taxi from the airport for us. He showed us around the apartment, giving us information on controlling fans, wifi, air conditioning, tv etc. He was extremely helpful and left us his mobile number in case of any problems, however there weren't any.

If my wife and I holiday again in Paphos, and we probably will as we both enjoyed it, I will try to book this apartment again and would certainly recommend it to anyone who wanted a enjoyable relaxing holiday close to a wide variety of amenities.

Great apartment in the heart of Paphos

My wife and I stayed here with our son from 24 August for 7 nights. The 2 bed apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean with a view from the balcony overlooking the pool. To get to the Tomb of the Kings road where there are many restaurants and some small supermarkets the quickest way on foot is across an unlit dirt track so recommend a torch as some bits are uneven. For larger supermarkets (Lidls) if you are doing a big shop you might want to hail down a taxi unless like us you hire a car. Would recommend hiring a car to get out and see Cyprus there are some beautiful places in the Troodos mountains (Omodus was our favourite). If you want to walk to the marina/ harbour it is about 30 mins so recommend doing this in the evening when it is a bit cooler. The Windmill is a great restaurant tucked back away from the harbour and well worth a visit. Another good restaurant which is in Paphos but needs a car to get to from the Seacrest is 7 St Georges where they serve a seemingly never ending Cypriot meze all for 17 euro a head. We used the apartments kitchen for 4 out of the seven nights and enjoyed those evenings very much, it is very comfortable and the apartment block itself was very quiet when we were there. The pool area is clean and well kept but we preferred getting out to the many beaches including Aphrodites Rock which if you walk over to the main beach is surprisingly quiet. Overall we had a great stay at the Seacrest. Our only recommendation re the apartment is that you ask for a welcome pack as we had to go out shopping for some basic food for the morning having arrived late at night and tired from a long journey.

10 minute walk to local beach. Short bus ride to Coral Bay beach which has numerous water sports. Regular buses available to Coral Bay or Harbour area on main road which is a 5 minute walk.


20 km from Paphos airport, 25 minutes transfer to apartment. Transfers can be arranged. Car hire is not essential as beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. are within a short walk. A meet and greet service is provided on arrival for all our guests.


The Royal Seacrest is set in one of the best locations in Paphos in the Tomb of the Kings area which features the World Heritage archaeological site. It is situated near Faros Beach which is a blue flag beach. The harbour can be reached by 20 minute walk or a short bus ride. Taxis are also readily available. The old town and market area of Paphos is a 15 minute walk or short bus ride.

In one of the best locations in Paphos, set in a quiet location yet is close to local shops, restaurants, banks, etc. all within a five minute walk of the apartment.

A £100 or 20% (whichever the greater) non refundable reservation deposit is payable at time of booking to secure dates.
