Beautiful, waterfront custom built home on 4 wooded acres encompasses three bedrooms, two and a half baths, ammenites galore and room to sleep 12. This is a prime estate location on Lake Travis with a new multi-tier covered boat/jet ski dock for 2010. Enjoy hiking along miles of adjacent waterfront park. The house sits back in the trees about 300 feet from the water with a gorgeous view of the lake from the fire pit which is about 50 feet from the water.

The property is located on a deep water cove with 250 feet of private beachfront adjacent to miles of park lake frontage. Public boat launch in the Arkansas Bend Park, so Bring Your Boats!! Windy point is just across the lake. Rock Marina is just across our cove.

Carlos and Charlie's is just 5 minutes across the lake by boat. Local restaurants are minutes away by car including Pier on Lake Travis (formally Shades On The Lake), Dee Dees Mexican, Sonic, Subway, True Grits, Remingtons Bar and Grill, BJs Pizza Shack, Deli Works, Bam's Roadhouse Grill, and Cabo Loco.

Why The Owner chose Lodge Acres

I chose this property because it is 4 acres with one of the most beautiful views on Lake Travis. It's also wooded with natural benefits in addition to the Lake Front. There aren't any like this one if you appreciate a comfortable relaxing wooded surrounding with full access to Lake Travis view and water fun.

Very nice property and location

The location of property was perfect as we did have access to a boat on Lake Travis. Only complaint we have is the grass was very tall at the entrance to the front door could have had a quick mow. The other issue was that the sheets smelt like they had not been washed we removed them and washed in supplied washer and dryer. We honestly enjoyed our stay at the property and will likely return next year if still available for rent.

A lot of positives about ...

A lot of positives about this house. It's big and the

dock is awesome. There is golf and marinas real

close. The one issue we had was getting down to

the dock. The lake level is so low (the owner can't

do anything about that) that getting down to the

dock was somewhat dangerous. I would ask about

the lake level and steps down to the dock when

Had a fabulous time. What a great place to "get away from it all." Lot's of space and lot's of privacy. Great views from the lower fire pit. The steps and walkway up/down to water area was nice, especially after a long day of swimming. The new dock is almost completed and is awesome.

Our booking agent, Johnna Bohannon, was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was was. THANK YOU!

Can't wait until our next stay.
