It is a second floor penthouse with a big terrace completely furnished looking to the beach and has fantastic views to the sea. You can also enjoy the views of sunset from the roof terrace. Fantastic location near to the centre town, and a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. In this apartment all the family will enjoy a fantastic holiday.

Elegant Penthouse in Front of the Beach

Neat & Tidy - perfect location

Location cannot be faulted - right on the front and, to us, in the best location. Not quite central and with the widest best bit of beach. So, not so busy - but within about 20 minutes of walking into the main town. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and on the way into the Pine Walk, and mini super markets. Plenty of activity on the beach, with an amazing water activity centre out at sea for quite a reasonable price.

The flat is very clean and sufficiently equipped. There does need to be more pillows for the beds. I also feel that some sort of beach equipment would be a nice gesture. We bought lilos etc and left them at the flat for the next people. The roof terrace is large, but there wasn't a BBQ on it, as listed. However, this wasn't a problem as we ate out all the time.

If we ever returned to PP we would definitely stay in this area of the front again, it was quiet and immaculate with excellent restaurants and supermarkets.

Wonderful Apartment overlooking the beach

We have travelled to Puerto Pollensa many times in the last 15 years staying at some of the resorts best hotels. This years visit staying at this fabulous apartment has been the best yet. It is situated only a 5 minute stroll to the centre of town. The apartment has a spectacular private roof terrace with panoramic views of the resort. Has a wonderful balcony perfect for relaxing and dining. The apartment has all the facilities anyone could want for a relaxing stay. Miquel and his lovely family were a pleasure to deal with and made everything problem free. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Perfect view

Lovely apartment with a stunning view over the beach and the bay. The apartment is well equipped with what you need to be able to prepare some food. It was very clean and tidy. We were well hosted by Marie and Mates.

We can recommend this apartment and will return again.
