Centrally located, this is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool and games room and air-conditioning throughout. Situated in a quiet area in a no-through road, yet mins walk from everything you need. Supermarket, 250m from the villa. Albufeiras fresh fruit and fish market where you also have cafés and a bakery for daily freshly baked bread and cakes-only about 150m away. Central bus station that takes you to all parts of Portugal and Spain is only 100m from the villa. Down town Albufeira is approx 500m, only a 10 min stroll. You will be a walk away from all the lively action of Albufeira and banks, shops, restaurants etc, yet away from all the noise. No need to spend extra on car hire. You will have everything you need within walking distance.

Notes on accommodation: Note: This villa is attached only on one side. It has three bedrooms to accommodate six people. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate 1 more adult or 2 small children. The new games room is situated in the basement and offers a pool table and electronic darts game and table football. Air-conditioning (reverse) provided throughout (inc. in price). Free wifi available. Outside: Private pool with sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs. Shaded BBQ area on the side garden, near the kitchen and leading to the pool. Lawned garden and private car port for 1 car and plenty more space for more cars in a car park just outside the front of the villa. Utility Room: Iron and board are kept in a cupboard in the kitchen. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided except beach towels. Maid service once a week. Towels are changed twice and linen once a week. Other: Separate dining area with table and 6 chairs with sliding patio doors leading to the pool and garden, BBQ and opening to living area. Downstairs to the basement there is now a large great new games room for further entertainment.

LOVELY VILLA AND GREAT LOCATION

We were extremely happy with this villa which was very clean and perfectly suited to our needs.We had an amazing holiday; we cannot fault our stay at all. Welcome pack was waiting for us,it was great thank you Anabela and all staff. Villa was well equipped it's like a home from home, lovely swimming pool and games room downstairs, excellent. Great location villa was around the corner from Lidl and Aldi, and only a short walk into the old town.

We had no problems at all with our stay ,Anabela was so helpful and it was great to meet her.Thank you Anabela and all staff . Looking forward to returning in the near future and would highly recommend Villa Palma to anyone.

Thank you for a great two weeks holiday, hope to see you in the near future.

Villa within walking distance of Old & New towns

Fantastic from start to finish!

This is the first time we have booked all elements of our holiday seperatly & we won't hesitate to do it again. This was largely due to the help of Anabella.

I was unsure about arranging transfers, which Anabella arranged for us. She was also very helpful in offering directions and information on the local area.

When we arrived at the villa we saw a fantastic welcome pack. I knew from previous reveiws that there was a welcome pack, but it was far better than we had anticipated....it was actually a useful welcome pack!

The villa itself is approx 40mins from Faro airport. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Situated approx 15 min walk from the Old town and 15-20min walk from the New Town (The strip) it is ideally situated to experience the best of Albuferia.

Warning..... the old town is very hilly to get to and may not suit people with mobility issues.

There is also a Lidl and an Aldi within 5-10 min walk from the villa.

We personally prefered the Old Town with its wide range of bars and restaurants, shops and stalls.

I think i coveredthe important points,but for a stress free relaxing stay in Albuferia, we would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Fantastic Holiday

The pictures do not do this Villa justice! We were a family of 7 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Palma. The villa was lovely and clean, well equipped and in a super location. 5 mins from a bakery and little market. 15 min walk into the old town. Lovely pool. Anabela was fantastic from start to finish. So helpful and lovely to meet her on arrival. Fantastic holiday!

Fantastic

We were very apprehensive that everything would work out as we had not rented a villa previously, but from when we stepped off the plane Anabela had arranged everything perfectly, the airport transfer was waiting for us with car seats for the children as requested. The villa was amazingly clean and a lovely welcome pack with all the essentials ( including beer) was waiting for us! The villa was equipped with everything required and was only 20 minutes walk to the old town there is a safe and baby gate at the bottom of the stairs which are not advertised! Lovely villa gorgeous place would love to return and deal with Anabela and her team again!!

Amazing Villa

Villa Palma is situated approx 20 minutes walk to the Old Town & 30 minutes walk to the Strip. The Villa is amazing, immaculate, very spacious & the games room is fab for kids. Lidl & Aldi are within 5 minutes walk & a bakery, fresh fruit & fish market not far from the Villa. The Villa was cleaned regularly as was the the pool & the gardens were very well maintained. Anabela was fantastic she dealt with everything, e mails & telephone calls were answered immediately, all booking confirmation, transfers & instructions to the Villa were perfect. We had an amazing holiday & cannot fault our stay at all, I would highly recommended Villa Palma, Anabela & Staff, hope to see you in the near future.

perfect location

My friends and I have just returned from.a weeks stay at villa pill a and had an amazing week! Villa was beautiful and very clean inside and the pool area, description very accurate and kitchen was very well equipped especially with dishwasher.

The games room downstairs was an added bonus as we had one very cloudy day so kept us entertained! Villa was right around the corner from Lidl, which was excellent and only a short walk into the old town. We also had a water park trip organised and the coach pick up was also just around the corner, no car needed for a week at all.

Anabela the owner was very quick to respond via email and holiday booked with no problems. We also booked the taxi transfer from airport through Anabela which took a weight off our mind also.

Would recommend to anyone and would definately stay in villa palma again for its great location and pool

Coast/Beach:

You are approx a 10 min walk to Albufeira's fisherman's beach and a 5-10 min drive to many more best golden beaches of the Algarve, Balaia, Falésia, São Rafael, Olhos d'Agua etc.

Travel:

Faro airport is approx 30 mins by car. Due to villa location, car hire is only an option, not a necessity. Airport transfers can be organized (extra cost).

Distances:

You are located in a very convenient area. Nearest supermarket 250m. Central bus station 100m. Albufeira centre and beach 500m. Cafe and fruit and fish market and bakers, ATM machine 200m. Macdonalds, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken 800m.

Further Details:

Albufeira is the most popular area of the Algarve with its diversion of shops, rest, bars, discos, and very lively out door night life. The famous 'strip' (like a mini Las Vegas) near Montechoro, about a 20 min walk away is popular with tourists and locals alike. Plenty of leisure/water parks and zoo marine are all within a short drive. If you decide not to hire a car, you can ask about transport to these fun day activities at the bus station or tourist outlets in Albufeira. Boat trips. Fishing expeditions, water sports etc can also be organized at these plentiful tourist agencies. Algarve shopping complex which is also close, is a great day out with a generous supply of designer shops a hyper market, restaurants, bowling and cinema. Every 2nd Tuesday there is an open-air market just near the bus station - 150m from the villa where you can find some really great bargains.
