About Property Manager
Peter and Aideen are both artists and educators who live in Dublin Ireland. They bought the house with 2 friends; Vincent and Sandra some years back. They love the area and regularly visit Kings Resort. They also enjoy having the swimming pool outside the door! They love the local beaches, historical sites and scuba diving with their kids. They have tastefully furnished their house to feel like home, with all the comforts of home!
Property Manager purchased this House in 2010
Why Property Manager chose Paphos
Great for all age groups. 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. All local amenities are within walking distance. Kings Resort is a small quiet complex. We bought F8 because it's the best location in the complex! End of the block, beside the pool. Car parking space outside the door. A beautiful garden has been developed behind the house making the patio a private & peaceful place to have meals, or an evening cocktail before heading out for dinner!
What makes this House unique
This property is convenient to everything including a local Lidl supermarket, bars and restaurants. The local bus stop to Coral Bay and Pafos harbour is just a few minutes walk away. Tomb of the Kings is just a short walk. This well managed complex is maintained to a very high standard. Seasonal Cafe Bar is in the complex which is really handy !

Excellent stay, exactly as we hoped
Great stay. Property was exactly as described, and a really good size. Perfect for us and our two children aged 11 and 13. Best spot on the complex. The bar was fabulous, small, friendly, quiet and very helpful. Really enhanced the stay. Lidl really was just a couple of minutes walk, and the lovely little beach really was five minutes or so walk. We would go to the beach then drop into Lidl for any groceries, then be back ‘home’ in a very short amount of time. Bus stop to harbour, by the shop, approx ten minute bus ride. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. We didn’t hire a car and still managed to get to beach, shops, restaurants, Tomb of the kings, harbour, and old town all either on foot, or bus just for harbour run. Pool was quiet, but lovely, always got a sun lounger. Frank and Debs who run the bar, which also does rolls, chips, toasties, iced coffees, all perfect for light lunch, were very helpful and also offer a taxi service back to airport if needed. They are English, and fonts of all knowledge for the area. Definitely recommend. Aideen sent a message to us while we were there just checking all was ok, nice touch. Be aware the air con is on a timer which is a maximum of two hours, so you may wake in the night hot, but you just reach over and click it on again for another cycle and all good again. Perfect holiday and location, recommended, many thanks.
10 night stay
We have just arrived home after a wonderful 10 night stay in Kings Resort. The house was perfect for our needs. A stones throw from Lidl and the bus stop. We bought a weekly bus pass from Harbour bus station for 22 Euro and made good use of it. Paphos old town is well worth a visit and Soli Aepia taverna is a must, the view of Paphos from there was amazing, as was the food. Definately worth a visit.
We preferred the Harbour over Coral Bay, the Harbour being a quieter setting with a Lido and beach with sun beds dotted all over. Our best find for wonderful seafood in a tradtional taverna unfortunately for us was on our last night, Psarou is just 500 metres from Kings Resort, Seafood platter was to die for, the Octopus was particularly good, we would have made this our taverna of choice had we come across it beforehand. Definately worth a visit or 2.

This apartment is everything you would need as a base for a lovely holiday. Having the bedrooms upstairs was a bonus, both with good sized bathrooms and an extra bathroom downstairs! A couple of mins walk to the Lidl, swimming pool was all to ourselves most days. Quiet at night. Great there was a bar that services snacks and drinks around the pool. The apartment it’s self was brilliant. Everything you could need was there and had lots of extra finishing touches that I wouldn’t have expected. Would definantly book again! Owner was brill at communicating with us throughout. Thanks for a great stay!
Everything we needed
Everything we needed within the property, and close to amenities we needed in the area.
The apartment was clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the crockery and utensils we needed (not that we cooked anything other then toast). Living area satisfactory with sofas and a dining area. Bedrooms clean and tidy with lots of wardrobe space. Bathrooms adequate with one walk in shower and one over the bath but still easily accessible. Patio area a sun trap and secluded.
The on-site snack bar was handy and a bonus as we weren’t expecting it. The pool area and walkways are tidy but maybe could have been cleaner.
Great house in a gtreat location
The house was great. Just as described. We were there in February, in unusually cold weather so some features were not relevant. I’m sure I would have been very pleased with the air conditioning units in each room for most of the year. The pool looked lovely and would be ideal for a family as so convenient for the house. We walked into the marina and the old town, which has had a lot of work done. But buses went past just down the road all the time. Lidyl supermarket stocked everything we needed and was also a couple of minutes away. There were good restaurants nearby on the way to the old town or marina so if you want to eat nearby you can. Aideen was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.
Thanks Anne for taking the time to review our house. So glad you enjoyed your stay despite the chilly February that it was this year! Look forward to having you back some time in the future. Aideen
Very much enjoyed our stay in this comfortable villa. Particularly liked rear patio
which is private & screened by beautiful hibiscus hedge. Pool is well maintained and
was not at all busy during our stay. Handy (5 min walk) for Lidl & bus stop outside where in
addition to regular 615 service to harbour/Coral Bay for 1.50 euros, coach tours will
pick up there.
Thanks for your feedback Doug. Delighted you enjoyed your stay. Aideen
The nearest beach is a 5 min walk away. In Coral Bay, (only a 20 min bus ride) is the famous blue flag beach. Our favourite local beaches include 'Sandy Beach' for surfing, snorkelling and a nice beach bar - 'Vardis' for cafe/sunbed chilling with a safe lagoon for swimming and snorkelling. Further away Lara Beach for sand; turtles and amazing clear water.
Paphos airport is approximately a 20 minute drive from the house. Larnaca approx 1.5 hours drive.
Paphos old town is approx 1 km away or a15 minute walk while the port is approx a 45 min walk (3km). The famous Tomb of the Kings archaeological site is a short walk away.
Located just beside the house is a small supermarket, we call them Kiosks here, Lidl supermarket is just 5 min walk from the house and ideal should you wish to cater inhouse. However, there are loads of take-away and some even deliver!
