KITCHEN: High spec, full Miele kitchen, including fridge freezer (with ice maker), separate wine fridge, electric oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher.

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD player, range of dvd's for guests use. Wireless broadband throughout. Access via double sliding doors to covered patio including large living and dining areas.

UTILITY ROOM: Washer/dryer provided. All washing and ironing done by housekeeper. Guests really can travel light!Detail to come.

This spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa is impeccably furnished and air-conditioned throughout. Views of the Caribbean Sea and glorious sunsets from the upper terrace. A lockable gate leads directly from the garden to a truly huge free-form pool with waterfall feature. The house is finished to a very high standard with luxury Miele kitchen, travertine floors, and ‘walk in’ wetroom showers to each bathroom. With rental comes free membership to The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located immediately opposite on Mullins Beach (most Mullins Bay rentals cant offer this!). 24hr security, on site Spa and Gym . Housemaid inc. 6 full days a week (most offer 3 days), cook by arrangement. Golf nearby with the world renowned Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland courses both within 10 mins. drive.

A lot of our renters come back year after year, which I think speaks volumes.

About Steve

Steve and Kathryn are both Chartered Surveyors with three children aged 12 to 20 and a chocolate Cocker Spaniel called Eddie.

Why Steve chose St. Peter

Having had several excellent family holidays in Barbados spread over a 13 year period, along the Platinum coast, and inland we realised that time after time we were returning to the lovelly Mullins Beach.

It was this personal experience gained over numerous trips and over many years that convinced us that Mullins Bay was the right place for us. It's the sort of place that you relax into very quickly, and the island allows you to do as little or as much as you like.

What makes this house unique

So close to the beach, you can come and go between the beach, house and pool as often as you like. Great to catch some early afternoon shade at the pool for the little ones, without the hassle of a boiling hot car.

All payments are made direct to our 'on island' managing agent, one of the most respected in Barbados (Altman) affiliated with Savills . Meet and greet, introduction to staff, and pre-ordering of food as well as any other guest services are all co-ordinated through them. They have a representative on site to ensure your stay runs smoothly.

We do not accept any direct payment here to the UK. All is correctly declared and subject we pay all local taxes.

Please see attached photo's. Directly opposite Mullins Beach, less than 2 minute walk from house. 30 secs to the beach from the spa facility. House to beach via private secure path.

Beware many advertise as Mullins Bay, but are not part of the exclusive Mullins Bay development. They try to attract interest by use of the name!


Bridgetown Airport lies to the South of the Island, circa 45 minute drive.


Nearest shopping is in Speightstown, about 2 minutes drive. Better range of facilities including good supermarket in Holetown which also has an excellent high end shopping centre (Lime Grove) with many bars and restaurants, circa 10 minute drive. Milk and other essentials can be bought at the local garage, circa 125m away (really useful for that emergency bottle of wine!)

Further Details:

Restaurant on the beach serves a great range from simple bar snacks, including children's menu to a la carte dining. The island truly has a wealth of restaurants ranging from low end to fine dining such as Daphne's and The Cliff.
