About Anna Mason

I bought the apt as a little corner of sunshine to relax in when I get a break from my two stressful jobs. I work 2 weeks a month as a nurse in A&E, and 2 weeks as cabin crew for the airlines.

The apt is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance from everything which allows me to do as much or as little as I want. My teenage son enjoys spending time there as well, as there is always plenty to do.

I fly out as often as i can with my husband, who also works very long hours, and it gives us a chance to recharge our batteries and just relax with each other in a perfect setting.

Why Anna Mason chose Paphos Town

The area is very quiet with easy access to both the harbour and the old town.

There is a circular bus route which stops two minutes walk away going to the beaches, night life and harbour, which connects with the rest of Cyprus.

Everything is also an easy 15 minute walk away if you feel like some exercise.

I love the area as it is beautiful and stressfree. Everyone is very friendly, the food is gorgeous, weather fantastic, surroundings clean and well kept, and near to beaches, harbour and mountains.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has a lovely large balcony bathed in afternoon sun until sunset, perfect for breakfast, afternoon drinks and that after dinner glass of wine when you just want to stay in and enjoy each others company.

It is a 5 minute bus hop to the harbour,and is set in pretty well kept gardens, with 3 small pools and plenty of rom for sunbathing.

There are two kiosks 5 minutes walk away, and a fantastic local restaurant 10 mins walk away.

The apt itself is beautifully set out, nicely decorated, and has a lift.

It is in a small block so quiet as there are only 3 apartments on each floor.

Coast/Beach:

Paphos harbour and fort are 15 minutes walk away, as are the many beaches that surround Paphos - most providing water sports. Coral bay beach is 10 minutes by car or bus. Akamas Peninsular with its quiet secluded beaches and turtles are a 30 minute drive away.

Travel:

Paphos airport is a 20 minute drive away, while Larnaca is 90 minutes but very easy to get to. Car hire is not necessary as there is an excellent localand airport bus service but nice if you like exploring as Cyprus is a very beautiful country.

Distances:

Troodos mountains are an hour away, Polis and Aphrodite baths 45 minutes drive. Nicosia and Larnaca are both a 90 minute drive away while Limassol takes about 45 minutes. Road systems are good and clearly signed.

Further Details:

Two mini-markets are just around the corner along with a DVD hire shop. Larger supermarket and shopping mall 5 minute car or taxi drive away.

Holiday Bliss

This was our first time in Paphos and we could not have asked for a nicer apartment. Plenty big enough for the two of us, it was spotless upon our arrival and contained everything we needed for our stay. We made full use of the provided sunbeds and 3 pools which we had to ourselves most of the time. The apartment block is very quiet and there was never any worry about groups of rowdy people. I agree with the other reviews that the bed is fantastic and having the aircon was a real luxury.

We did not hire a car while we were on holiday but found we could walk down to the harbour and the old town in 30 mins. We also used the excellent bus service to explore a bit.

Anna was very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions we had and recommended Stevie's paphos taxi, which we used for airport transfers and a few local journeys. Thank you!

The apartment is within 20 mins walk of our favourite resteraunt "7 St George's Tavern" a family run place with no menu serving Mezze, we can't recommend this enough. Also in the old town is "Laona" were we had a 3 course meal for 2 with wine for £40

This is the perfect base to enjoy paphos from and we will stay here again.

Excellent apartment

We had a lovely holiday in this well equipped apartment which has everything we needed for a very enjoyable time. The bed was very comfortable, excellent wi-fi and the balcony is lovely for sitting out for breakfast.

The pool area is lovely and we had it to ourselves the 3 times we used it.

We hired a car and explored the island and also used it some nights to go to the harbour and the old town for meals, however we also walked to the harbour in around 20 mins and there is also a bus from the end of the street so a car isn't essential.We also went to a few restaurants which are within 10 mins walk of the apartment.

Anna dealt with any question and issues we had very quickly and efficiently from our initial enquiry until we had finished our holiday.

Great apartment - we were here for 8 weeks and it was a great location

A nice one bed apartment in Universal which is a residential and rental area away from the tourist areas but close enough to walk to the front and the harbour if you are a good walker or a bus from the bottom of the road on the 15 past and 15 to the hour

We had a car as I don't do public transport and it's simply too hot in July/August to walk for half an hour.

The apartment had everything you need for a vacation

Bathroom - great shower with a very good non slip surface in the tub - lots of towels.

Kitchen - big fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob and microwave plus a washing machine.

Sitting room - with dining table/four chairs and corner unit sofa that converts to a double bed.there is a TV that we watched BBC on a couple of evenings but who goes on vacation to watch TV !!!

Bedroom - fantastically comfortable double bed ( big one) and lots of storage and wardrobe space.

Fantastic balcony - about 80 sq feet with table and four chairs.with pm sunshine.

There are three pools at the back of the units and you are provided with two sun beds to take down and pool towels.

All in all it met our every need for space and comfort - it's on the top floor but there is a lift so no worries.

We are back next year

Still Fabulous
