This 2nd floor spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach of the Arenal and has secured parking facilities. There is a supermarket on the ground floor which sells both Spanish and English food - all bars/restaurants are just a short walk away. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room a well equipped modern kitchen and a large balcony with gas BBQ. The complex is secure with electronic gates.

About The Owner

I live in England with my wife. We both work full time, but get out to Spain as often as time restraints allow us. Well who knows, if we win the lottery we'll be out there all the time. But at the moment work pays to get out there.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1980

Why The Owner chose Javea

We purchased the first apartment in the early 80's on the Costa Blanca as it's accessable by car as well as by plane.

We have grown so fond of Javea, within the family we now have 3 apartments and 1 bungalow. All are rented out on a regular basis.

Javea is just over an hour away from 2 airports, with daily flights from most UK airports. As it's a little further away from the airports it's a little more exclusive and only has 3 small hotels in the area.

Javea has a really friendly feel and is very popular with Spanish holiday home owners.

What makes this apartment unique

We love staying in the apartment. It's spacious and has a lovely large balcony. We spend many a warm evening sat there watching the light fade with a glass of wine in our hand listening to music on the CD player. It's so convenient for the beach, well most things are at hand with the added bonus of the pool just around the corner.

For those dark winter evenings we have the English TV system and also handful of DVDs. Loads to keep you entertained.

Notes on accommodation: Due to the location it's ideal for families and those choosing not to hire a car. Well behaved pets can be accommodated. Outside: The grounds are well maintained with secured parking area, drying area for washing and showers on the ground floor for removing sand from the beach. The pool is accessible at the local tennis club. Access to the tennis club and swimming pool is just around the corner of the block. The pool does not belong to our property but the owners have verified you are welcome to use it provided you purchase any drinks/snacks from their bar. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive with linen and towels provided. Additional changes can be arranged for an additional charge. Please provide your own beach towels. Other: The following are also provided: hairdryer, electronic safe, mobile gas fires, portable room fans. All lets are inclusive of electric. Cots, highchairs and bed-guards can be provided.

Beach Close Appartment

We recently stayed at this apartment, and were happy how close it was to the beach, boulevard, grocery store, and bakery; all about a 5 minute walk. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms, so both kids got to enjoy their own room. Further, the pool was just around the corner and staffed by friendly people. We would gladly stay at this place again if we were in the area.

perfect location

A clean property with everything required. Very secure parking and perfect location. 5 minute walk from bars restaurants and a lovely beach. The owners were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. A lovely balcony and washing machine a god send with 2 children! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Many thanks.

Apartamento poco acogedor, sucio, deteriorado, desorden.

Un apartamento sucio, con escaso mantenimiento, ventiladores llenos de polvo y telarañas, cortinas agujereadas, bañera roñosa, los armarios y cajones llenos de trastos desordenados, como si los utilizasen para guardar las cosas que hay por en medio (periódicos viejos, pinturas, gorras, juegos desordenados...).

Si quiere le mando fotos (no me deja adjuntarlas).

Y encima nos piden referencias y explicaciones a nosotros para permitirnos alquilar el apartamento. Que desfachatez!. Deberíamos haberlo hecho nosotros a ustedes, ese fue nuestro primer error.

A lo mejor ese piso les parece bien a un grupo de gamberros o juerguistas para dormir las borracheras.

El dueño del piso o es un sinvergüenza si lo sabe, o los que se lo mantienen unos caraduras.

Espero que tomen medidas y saquen de su cartera de alojamientos este apartamento.

Owner's Response: I think this an unfair review. I state on the property details that (and I quote from the listing) "The pool does not belong to our property but the owners have verified you are welcome to use it provided you purchase any drinks/snacks from their bar". It is a shame that this is the only comment made on the review and it would have been more helpful to future guests if the review had been about the accommodation rather than a pool which is stated does not belong to the property. Creo que esto es una crítica injusta. Yo estado en los detalles de la propiedad que (y cito de la lista) "La piscina no pertenece a nuestra propiedad, pero los propietarios han verificado que son bienvenidos a utilizar, siempre que compre bebidas / aperitivos de su bar". Es una pena que éste es el único comentario sobre la crítica y que habría sido más servicial a futuros huéspedes si la crítica había sido sobre el alojamiento en vez de una piscina que se indica no pertenece a la propiedad.

Todo perfecto, apartamento totalmente recomendable

La verdad que calidad/precio es difícil igualar lo que ofrece este apartamento.

Para empezar, está muy cerca de la playa, me atrevería a decir que a menos de 5 minutos andando. También tiene un comercio debajo del mismo, así como un Másymás a unos 5 minutos.

Las habitaciones son amplias, tiene WiFi, un balcón para descansar y hacer alguna parrillada si quieres (porque cuenta con parrilla), una buena televisión, todos los cd's que quieras de música para ponerlos en la minicadena, playstation, etc.

Ah, el apartamento cuenta también con una plaza de garaje que viene muy bien.

Como puntos a mejorar, es que al estar cercano a la carretera, al menos una de las habitaciones, y las ventanas y persianas ser un poco antiguas, se escucha algo de ruido exterior y entraba luminosidad, pero como digo, en una de las habitaciones, aunque es un mal menor.

Por otra parte, durante nuestra estancia, la televisión sólo estaba configurada con canales ingleses, por lo que configurarla con la televisión en castellano sería una mejora.

Por lo tanto, si alguna vez tengo que volver a Jávea, seguramente sea a este apartamento, si está disponible.
