This stunning apartment has been furnished to a very high and comfortable specification. It is situated on the ground floor and is ideally located in close proximity to both of the complexes spectacular pools. The pool complex comprises of a shallow children's pool:2 jacuzzis;sun loungers and parasols and is complimented by numerous water features. There are outoutdoor showers and toilets. There is also a children's play area. If you require to sunbathe with a little more privacy there is a roof terrace that is included with its own electricity and lighting. The apartment is ideally situated and within easy reach to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach with watersports is approx 800m away.

Pool was amazing and access to the local area was great! Weather was great so we didnt spuch much time in doors but it was clean, easy to cook in and had a great little patio for drinks and eating on! Thank you.
Loved the apartment- it was perfect for us, lovely pool area and close to loads of great bars & restaurants- our first visit to Cyprus and we couldn’t believe how good the food was and how cheap it was to eat out

We had a fantastic time in Paphos. The complex was fab and was so clean and tidy. The management team could not do enough to help and were very friendly and courteous. The bars and restaurants were plenty and the food was excellent. Wasnt loads of entertainment if you were younger but really suited families. Would definately go again and not hesitate to book with Debra.
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a really lovely apartment. About a 10 minute walk from Kings Avenue Mall but also had private parking.
The apartment itself did get a bit cold in the evenings but the blankets provided were nice and cosy so kept us warm.
The only problem was the WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay and after being told it would be sorted it wasn’t but no huge problem. Would stay again if we were to come back to Cyprus again :)
Also, there’s a restaurant called Tea for Two - definitely check it out, the staff are lovely and the food portions are huge for such a cheap price.

A modern apartment, with every thing you require, in a quiet area of paphos, the owner Debbie was extremely helpful.
The apartment is a short walk to the Tomb of the kings road, with supermarkets and plenty of places to eat and drink, and a regular bus to the Harbour and Coral bay, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend Royal Seacrest apartments and Paphos, we would go again!
Modern apartment, great value and great location
The apartment is situated just off the main road, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The complex is lovely and clean, with a fab swimming pool. The apartment itself is in superb condition, extremely modern, well kept and great facilities. Would definitely recommend.
Special interest holidays:
Diving centre, horse riding,go karting,Mini golf,waterpark and Paphos aquarium are all within easy reach.You can hire a car,scooter,quad or bike hire to get around the island.
There are several beaches to choose from.Within walking distance there is the blue flag lighthouse beach. This is sandy and has plenty of rock pools. There is also shower and toilet facilities on the beach. During summer months there are also several barbecues. Close to the apartment you can catch the bus that will take you to Coral Bay. This is a beautiful sandy bay with plenty of watersports if required.
Paphos airport is approx 20 mins away by car or taxi. larnaca airport is approx 90mins away.Car Hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance.
Paphos harbour is approx 20 minutes walk away. Local supermarket 5 mins walk. Market is approx 10mins walk. Beach approx 10mins walk. Tombs of the Kings is just across the road.Pubs and restaurants are less than 5 minute walk.
The local pharmacy and bank are only a 5 minute walk. There is also an internet cafe close by. If you would like to hire a car there are plenty of places of interest. To the north of Paphos there is the fishing village of latchi. lara Bay is only 20mins drive away, this is a very secluded beach where turtles lay there eggs, however a 4x4 car is recommended as it is of the beaten track.
Booking Notes: A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable 8 weeks prior to flying. There is a 20% rental fee required to secure your week payable on booking. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. This can be paid by either cq or bank tf. Cancellation refunds:-Up to 8 weeks 75%, 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refund, 2-4weeks 25% of rate refund, less than two weeks, no refund. Wifi available at an extra cost,charged per week. Changeover Day: If there is a changeover day on the day of departure, please can we ask that the apartment is vacant by 11am Notes on prices: NB Prices are in sterling. Refundable deposit £100 required against breakages and damages which will be refunded 14 days after return from holiday.
