Thorpey's Villa is a modern (totally non-smoking inside and outside), 2 bedroom detached property. The villa has landscaped gardens, a private pool, pool shower and an extensive patio area which easily accommodates six sun loungers, an oval patio table and six chairs. Furnished to a high standard, the villa has an open-plan lounge and dining area with sea views, and a well equipped kitchen/breakfast bar with a view of Peyia hills. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the shaded front terrace where you can sit and relax with mid-morning coffee or an aperetif. Patio doors also lead you from the dining area to the pool area and from the master bedroom to the pool and your choice of sunbeds (which don't need reserving!).
The villa does what it says on the tin, and more. It is in a perfect quiet location, it has everything provided that you need for a wonderful holiday. With the hairdryers, straighteners, curling longs and beach towels provided it means less packing. The pool was perfect, outside dining area is brilliant with ample chairs and loungers. Having the air con was great, the ceiling fans were ideal at night as they were so quiet. Would definitely like to visit the villa again. The Roberts Family.
This is second time we have been to this villa and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The villa itself is immaculate and caters for your every need. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac which let us relax and enjoy our holiday experience. The beautiful clean pool size and we spent a lot of our holiday lazing around it and cooling off in the glorious Cyprus heat. The owners were so helpful through the booking process. We are sure to return.

Once again a lovely holiday at Thorpeys Villa. This is our fourth visit and nothing has changed. It's still a very well presented, clean Villa with everything you need.

We stayed at this villa for the 2nd time in August for 2 weeks. We've stayed at 2 other villas in Paphos but this is by far the best one. It's very clean and well maintained, It's in a lovely area,and it's all on one level, there is everything in this villa that you need and more. The owner Annette is lovely and answers any questions you have promptly plus there are people in Peyia as well so if you need anything just ask and theyl be with you. Beds are so comfy, plenty storage space in each bedroom, wifi so you can watch all your favourite soaps and programs from UK. The pool is one of the best we've had, spotless and cleaned twice a week, fab pool area and bbq. Superb showers too. There's a few pubs n restaurants ten mins walk from villa, we went to HARIS for breakfast every day, and also couple of supermarkets and a bakery where we got our fresh rolls and croissants every morning. We hired a car and drove around Paphos, it's beautiful. Returning next year to Thorpeys, thanks Annette x
Stayed at this villa a month, could not have wished for anything better so so pleased with it, could not fault it in any way, everything you needed, exceptionally spotless,we have been hiring villas over the last 10 years in Cyprus & have to say this is the best we have ever stayed at, very quiet, private, heaven ! This was our third stay at Thorpeys Villa and we had a great holiday. The villa itself is excellent with everything you may need, the area is lovely and close to Peyia village. We would recommend Thorpeys to couples and small families alike.

Just returned from this villa. It is to a very high standard. All those extras that make your holiday. Cleaned to a high standard. Beds are the most comfortable I have slept in. Phil and Denise are really helpful if you have any problems. I would definitely recommend this villa and will be booking again.
Have just returned from a week at thorpeys. Would highly recommend it. Has all those little extras that make your holiday, exceptionally clean, and the most comfortable beds I have slept in, good location for local shops. Had a couple of teething problems but was sorted very quickly by phil and denise (property maintenance) can't fault it. Booking for next year, looking forward to going back.
5 minute/3km drive to Coral Bay (blue flag beach) and the quieter Corallia beach. Sunloungers/parasols readily available for daily hire. Numerous water sports available to satisfy everyone's taste for adventure.
Paphos International Airport approx 30 minutes drive. Car hire recommended, competitive rates/details will be forwarded for clients to book direct. Taxi transfers recommended for late evening arrivals, these can be booked via the owner.
Peyia village 2 minute drive. Riding stables 2 km. Akamas Peninsular/Lara and Loggerhead Turtle sanctuary 2 km. Aghios Georgios basilica & harbour 3 km. Bird sanctuary 3 km. Reptile park 4 km. Kato Paphos/ harbour/fort 15 km. Paphos town/harbour 15 minute drive. Aphrodite's Rock 25km. Baths of Aphrodite 35 km.
Convenience stores, fitness centre, a few restaurants, patisserie, hair salon, pharmacy, bistro/bar and restaurants all in the immediate area (10 minute walk) of the villa. Local hotels can provide tennis, squash, gym, beauty treatments. Peyia village has a wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops, takeaways and has a gorgeous old church in the village square.

Non-smoking clients only please (both inside and outside the villa). Booking options will be held for five days, after which a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure, a security deposit of £100 will be added, which will be returned after a check of the villa has been made following your departure.
