This wonderful front line detached beach villa is in the quiet and exclusive beach side area of Marbesa. This superb villa has fantastic sea views and is the perfect location for a family beach holiday, with Marbesa beach, restaurants and historic fort practically on your doorstep. There are a selection of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, and a 24-hour supermarket less than 1km away. The lovely Marina of Cabopino is just a few minutes drive or a 15-minute walk along the beach, and Elviria with the famous Nikki Beach Resort is also just a few minutes drive or 15 minutes walk in the other direction. There are several golf courses within the area. The airport is just a 30-minute drive away, with Marbella and Puerto Banus both well within 20 minutes drive. The Villa is situated inside a peaceful complex with immaculate manicured gardens and large shared pool.

About Helen Liberman

I am on Orthoptist living in Cheshire with my family. We had always wanted a beachfront villa, originally looking for our own pool. Having bought this we have been so much happier. Our children have enjoyed the privacy of Attalaya whilst being able to make longstanding friends and meet other families in the pool and so on. They have enjoyed other people to play with so knowing they are happy has improved our holidays too. Not many of the houses are rented out so a lot of the owners come during holidays so you have a very kind, caring atmosphere with lots of respect for holiday makers.

The beachfront location wins the hearts of our guests every time and we have many guests who return each year. The views are stunning and sometimes dolphins can be seen from the terrace. particularly in the mornings. Also being on the beech the sea breezes are extremely welcome in hotter months.

The location is great for families; near to amenities but not rowdy with considerate neighbours.

Walking distance to restaurants, a pharmacy and 2 supermarkets.

Very near to the newly renovated Simbad's restaurant which is hugely popular with guests.

Perfect location at sea, close to a pool and a nice restaurant

You can't really live closer to the sea for miles in both directions. Very well-maintained, gated community. No traffic noise. Close to shops etc. Recommended.

Fantastic family Villa in great location for a relaxing holiday.

I stayed at this villa with my husband, mum and 3 children aged 7, 5 & 4. The villa was clean and tidy upon arrival with everything you needed and in working order. The position overlooking the sea, you can't better that!! The walk along the beach was lovely and nice sandy beach. The secured gardens and access to the beach and outside gives you peace of mind and reassurance that you won't be bothered by people who shouldn't be there!! It was a lovely friendly community amongst the other occupiers of which there were few at the time of our visit (mid/end of June). The pool is secured by glass fencing and again gives you that peace of mind with little ones who easily run off and venture - well ours do from time to time!! He temperature if the pool was perfect. I would just say that whilst there are restaurants in nearby walking distance, all fantastic the supermarket would have been a little trek particularly when you have to think about walking back with heavy bags, so we were grateful for hiring a car during our stay even if we only used it occasionally it was definitely worth having.

Overall fantastic communications from the owner and a happy meet and greet despite us having experienced a 3 hour delay with the flight (the compensation has made up for that loss of time now!!). We are considering rebooking again. Thank you fir allowing us to share your home. Melanie.

A Perfect Location

The villa was superb and the location idyllic. The sea was less than 20 seconds away, as was the communal swimming pool. The villa, pool and surrounding gardens were in pristine condition and the residents and other visitors on the complex were both friendly and helpful. 2 small supermarkets were within easy walking distance, as was Sinbads restaurant, which served excellent food. The villas owner, and the property management team of Tony and David, we're both extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our holiday most pleasurable. I have already recommended staying at this villa to my family and friends, and will continue to do so. I will definitely be returning next year.

An ideal beach house.

House was ideally situated overlooking the beach and had a terrace which also overlooked the beach and which provided shade and protection from the heat . House was literally a hop, skip and jump away from the sea. House was well maintained and offered 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Satellite/download TV was available and this allowed access to British TV channels which was great.

Had a slight problem with the air-conditioning while we were there which was sorted immediately.

House is also close to a number of restaurants which are within easy walking distance, and Cabopino is also easily walkable - either along the beach or via a recently constructed boardwalk.

In short the house is ideally situated near the beach, near local amenities and finding fault with it would be no more than churlish.

I would certainly recommend this accommodation to my friends and in fact have already done so.

beautuful loction on the beach.

We spent 9 nights at the villa, its in a very peaceful location, in a pretty very well kept complex. The villa had all you needed for a self catering holiday, with a lovely little private garden. there was a communal pool but we seemed the only ones it most of the time. there are numerous supermarkets within walking distance and plenty on lovely restaurants, Sinbads right next door was excellent.

The Ultimate location

Beautiful accommodation complimented by the perfect location, you are so close to the ocean that the sound of the waves cascades throughout the property constantly allowing you to sleep to this majestic sound. Just perfection. Can't wait for my next visit and hopefully there will be many.
