Hi, thanks for looking at our apartments. I live in Manchester with my husband Mark. We both work, I have been a Freelance Make-Up Artist for many years working mainly in Film & TV and Mark is a Fireman. We were married several years ago and have owned the apartments since before they were actually built in 2008. We chose Cyprus after a holiday there and, as with most people, fell in love with it! We are both keen Scuba Divers and love the sea around Cyprus which made it an ideal place for us to buy. As well as the diving, Peyia is such a lovely village to be able to stroll to from the apartments and the locals are incredibly friendly. We love sitting on the balcony with it's wonderful views and feel really at home and relaxed when we holiday there.
Laura purchased this Apartment in 2008

Great apartment comfortable and clean amazing views great sized balcony 10 minute walk to some great restaurants. Nice pool but lack of sun beds. Would Defo return as great value.
Lovely apartment, awesome views.
We knew the Peyia area well so we were not disappointed when we arrived at the apartment. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the week. The views were absolutely stunning. We didn't use the pool as it was still a bit cool when we were there so spent most of our time on the large balcony. Would definitely go back to this accommodation and would highly recommend to anyone.
Thank you Laura and Mark.
Good value for money
The apartment was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The way the apartment was positioned meant it was a bit cooler when hot.
This was an amazing apartment with a great balcony with a beautiful view over coral bay. Apartment had everything you need with only one slight problem which was lack of storage in bathroom and bedroom. However having said that would highly recommend staying here.
Nice place, wonderful views, quiet nigbourhood.
We had lovely stay at the apartment, enjoyed panaramic seaview. There are, however, a few remarks:
1) Moskito nets on balcony doors are necessary for comfortable stay. We would love to get fresh air from the outside, but because of rare moskitos we had to keep the doors closed and used conditioner.
2) Wi-fi connection extremely slow, failed to reach balcony relax zone. A stronger router is needed.
3) Bed matrasse covered with a bit noisy cover sheet, which makes noisy sounds every time one makes a move on it. Probably, can be changed with something softer?
Thanks for your review, we’re glad your enjoyed the apartment. We welcome any feedback and will take your points into consideration, with regard to the WiFi, we have had it serviced and it’s now back upto full strength all around the apartment and balcony’s so thank you for bringing that to our attention. Best wishes, Laura
