About Sharon Simpson
I am a busy mum of four from Sevenoaks in Kent. We bought the villa in 2007 on our first visit to Puglia. Since then we have enjoyed many holidays discovering the numerous beaches and towns. In 2010 we build the swimming pool so now alot of time is spent relaxing on the sun loungers!!.

Lovely Villa in good location
Lovely Villa in good location and very easy reach of main attractions like the Castellana Grotte and towns Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Locorotondo. Nice restaurants everywhere and a really good and friendly restaurant within 5 minutes.
Villa has a new kitchen and a lovely pool and everything you need. Probably the only picky things to make this up from a 4 out of 5 to a 5 out of 5 would ideally be a 2nd bathroom (one of the rooms is very big and could easily have one but of course costs money), better quality beds and mattresses and a slightly bigger TV as very small. However all in all a very pleasant stay ... thank you
Lovely house with spectacular pool area
This house has everything you could want for a fabulous family holiday, about 10 minutes from Fasano , 15 minutes from the beaches and lidos and close to Locorotundo and Alberabello. The pool area is spectacular surrounded by olive, cherry and fig trees. Plus there is a separate terrace with views over the valley leading from the kitchen perfect for dining and watching the sunset. I absolutely loved this house and the surrounding area
Beautiful Villa - Fantastic location
My wife and I had a wonderful, peaceful time in this well equipped villa - a lovely pool to relax beside, beautiful beaches within a short drive and lovely small towns and villages nearby with a great range of markets and restaurants. We can't wait to go again!

General - Puglia gets close to 300 days sunshine a year with the warm weather starting in April and going right through until the end of October. The hottest months are July and August but with two seas around the area the air does not feel too oppressive during these months, especially as the property is located some 300 metres above sea level. Spring and autumn is glorious- sunny and warm with wild flowers in abundance.
