Detached, modern villa in Quesada near Country Club in peaceful situation offering clean, comfortable accommodation with full air con and free wifi. Villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is very well equipped. Distant views of salt lakes and the sea beyond. Ample, easy parking right outside villa. Upper terrace/balcony for alfresco dining and to watch spectacular sunsets. Full air-con/heating. Internet. Two beautiful clean communal pools. 10 minute drive to 7 mile beach at Guadamar. Quesada has all shops, restaurants, etc. close to motorway for ease of access to Alicante, Murcia, Benidorm and Cartagena. Torrevieja 20 minute drive. Numerous beaches within 15 minutes. Near regional capital of Orihuela. This area of the Costa Blanca is a peaceful holiday destination but also vibrant with numerous restaurants, night life etc. Popular with holiday makers from all parts of Europe due to stunning beaches and enviable climate.

I bought my villa here 17 years ago as I think it is the perfect holiday destination and only a relatively short flying time from the UK. The bustling town of Quesada has everything I need with beautiful beaches nearby. The location of my villa itself is quiet and peaceful but near local shops and Quesada Country Club. Although I work in the UK (at a law firm) I make a point of enjoying holidays in my villa as often as I can (bookings allowing!) Because I previously lived in my villa I have tried to include everything I would want in it in the way of home comforts so it is a real home from home for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Now in my eighth year of successful renting with many guests returning year after year.

Why J Brissenden chose Rojales

My property is a comfortable detached villa with all home comforts in a quiet residential street within a 10 minute walking distance of local shops and restaurants. It has stunning views from the upper balcony and also downstairs from the front where you can see the salt lakes and the sea in the distance. It is a quiet residential area which makes for a good night's sleep! The pool is a very short walk away and can be reached directly via a special walkway so you can walk there in your swimwear. For little ones, there is a children's playground just over the road. Also a short walk away is a small nature reserve which is a nice walk at any time of day. In the opposite direction, the Quesada Country Club is 5 minutes walk away with its pool, cafe, bars, restaurant and children's playground. Residents of this area enjoy the many walks and stunning views which this part of Quesada offers due to its location overlooking the surrounding areas.

What makes this villa unique

My property is built as part of a very attractive and sought after estate and has access to two beautiful communal pools. Easy walking distance of Quesada Country Club. Other shops, bars and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. Five minute drive to La Marquesa Golf Club.

Notes on accommodation: Comfortable beds and sofas. Relaxing atmosphere. Tasteful, clean decoration. Full air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all rooms. Additional portable heaters for winter use if needed. Has been used as main residence not just a holiday home and is therefore very well equipped. Upper bedroom with full en-suite bathroom is completely self-contained offering seclusion from ground floor rooms if needed. Strictly no smoking. Outside: Sun terrace on first floor with table, chairs and parasol for alfresco dining. Drinks or dinner can be taken on this terrace whilst watching the sun go down. Four sun loungers. Beautiful clean communal pools (choice of two). Tiled front garden with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Orange tree and lemon tree in garden. Pick your own lemons for use in iced drinks! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included (except swimming towels).

Lovely clean villa!

Was met by Judith on arrival, she showed us around and told us how everything worked in the villa. Beautiful clean shared pools. Villa had plenty of towels/beach towels and linen. Lots of outdoor space and lots of sun beds/chairs also has an upstairs sun area. Will definitely return

Great break in a lovely home!

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day break in Jenny's lovely home in Quesada. The villa was exceptionally well looked after, clean, homely and just a real treat. With two kids under 13 it was the perfect break, pool (100 yards away), town (10 minute walk) good food and wonderful hostess (Judith) - it was simply brilliant. We didnt have a car, but this was not a problem at all. Transfers arranged by Jenny, which we very reasonable, and most of the places were in walking distance. The weather was fantastic and the locals (on the same complex) were simply fantastic. Everywhere was clean and modern, which made for a fantastic 10 days. We were very sorry to leave this place and look to return in the not too distant future.

Car: recommended


Stunning, sweeping, safe, 7 mile long sandy beach 10 minute drive. Numerous other beaches within 15 minute drive.


Easily accessible from either Alicante or Murcia Airports, 45 minutes drive from both airports via motorway or major road. Car hire recommended.


Quesada is an easy 10 minute drive inland from the coast and offers access to all other towns in the region being 1 minute from Junction 745 of AP7 motorway. This self-contained town has all shops, banks, restaurants, doctors etc. Torrevieja 20 minute drive. Regional capital of Orihuela 15 minute drive. Benidorm 1 hour's drive. Alicante and Murcia 45 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Water park in Quesada (open from 1st June to early September). Others for older children and teenagers in nearby Torrevieja. Traditional cave houses in Rojales 5 minute drive. Sunday market in Quesada. Most shops, cafes, etc speak English but the 'real Spain' is only minutes away against a backdrop of mountains.

Payment of £100 deposit required at time of booking to reserve. Full remaining balance payable 4 weeks before stay date. If booked within 4 weeks of stay date, 100% required to secure booking. Cleaning fee payable on arrival of 80 euros.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Please vacate by 10 am. Later vacation possible by arrangement if no incoming guests on your departure day.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds but payment can be made in Euros by arrangement. Easter week and Christmas week price on application. Short breaks (less than a week) accommodated.

£100 deposit on making a booking. Remainder four weeks before stay. Cleaning fee of 80 euros payable to key holder on arrival.
