Contemporary 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with private pool, including parasols and sunbeds, 1 double room and 1 twin room, with bath/shower, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, TV and DVD with satellite, CD player, air conditioning in all rooms. Bed linen, towels, beach towels provided. Apartment also has large communal pool, it is a small complex of 14 apartments in the tranquil village of Peyia, it has wonderful views of the mountains, and the sea at Coral Bay, Peyia itself is full of charm, life revolves around the village and the church, but has all you need for a relaxing holiday, including good local tavernas, cafes, a few bars, supermarkets, banks, bakers, chemist. Also bird park is a short drive away, and Lara Bay, where the turtles nest, waterpark is approx 15 min drive. The apartment includes welcome pack, meet and greet, change over days can be negotiable, extra cleaning services can be provided, car is necessary. No smoking policy.

Why Julie chose Peyia
We had been holidaying in Paphos for about 9 years and had a yearning to buy a property, maybe with the intentions to move permanently one day,we began to look at various areas, and drove to Peyia village and that was it, we loved the feel of the village, but liked the fact it was so close to Coral Bay, we looked at several apartments, but when we saw Holmes Place we knew we had found the one, our children loved the fact it had its own pool, it is a contemporary little complex, and i liked the fact it is only 2 storey, and that we could have the ground floor with all the extra outside space, since we bought the apartment they have built a bank, chemist, bakery all on our doorstep, so we couldn't want for more, we absolutely love it.
What makes this Apartment unique
The area is very convenient for Coral Bay beach, and the bars and restaurants, but also maintains the quite side of things, having excellent facilities in the village, superb supermarket, banks, bakers, chemist, dentist. Holmes Place is in a residential area so remains peaceful, and yet benefits the very friendly and helpful neighbours. I believe we are lucky to have found a apartment with such a large outside space, with the addition of a plunge pool, which you don't find often, and it is a good size for the average family, when sometimes a large villa can be too big and expensive. Kathikas is a lovely village, only a short drive away, where you will find excellent tavernas, and the drive and views are beautiful.

We have been to Peyia many times but never stayed in an apartment as nice as this. On arrival the fridge had been stocked with essentials which was very welcoming. Thank you Julie.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including English tv 😄
We couldn’t believe that the splash pool was all ours to use, we imagined it to be tiny, big enough to paddle! Oh how we were wrong, it’s perfect. So many sunbed, tables and chairs and a bbq.

The property was brilliant
I have just got back after spending a week at this property - it is glorious and really felt like home from home, but with the little extras - the sun and pool.
If anyone is wondering about booking this villa, I would strongly recommend it.
Our Great Holiday
We have been to this apartment four times and have now booked for next year. It is just right for us. It is more like a villa with the plunge pool being larger than normal plunge pools.We recommend this apartment, it has everything that you need.
Great location, garden and pool is fab, a lot bigger than the picture.
Lovely apartment, has everything you need. Quiet, peaceful location but shops, bars all within walking distance. Complex pool is lovely and quiet should you wish to leave the fab garden. Would recommend highly.

5 mins drive to Coral Bay, this is the nicest beach and family friendly, however, further up the coast lies Lara Bay, a protected area for the nesting turtles.
25 minute drive from Paphos airport, a car is essential to make the most of a perfect holiday in Peyia. However, a bus runs from Paphos airport to Coral Bay, number 15.
2 minute drive to Peyia village, 5 mins drive to Coral Bay beach, 15 mins to waterpark and harbour area, 10 minutes to Tomb of the Kings, 15 minutes to village of Kathikas, a little longer to Polis and Latchi.
There are a bakers, supermarket, bank, chemist, DVD shop, discount store all on the doorstep, and a few tavernas all in easy walking distance, 2 mins drive into Peyia village are butchers, 3 banks, 2 supermarkets, dentist, chemist, hairdresser, bars, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, laundry.
A large church dominates Peyia village, with pretty gardens.
In Paphos you will find bowling, cinema, waterpark, bird park, Troodos mountains, and some truly unspoilt beaches.

A non refundable deposit of £100 to be paid on confirmation of booking, this will then secure the booking, final balance to be paid approx 8 weeks prior to travel.Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Balance will be retained if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. Changeover Day: Flexible changeover day. Apartment must be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure, and can be vacated at 3.00pm on day of arrival.
