We searched far and wide for a luxury family holiday home that met exacting criteria , peace , beach, calm , sum , sea with easy walking access to all facilities. Philip came to Cyprus in 1996 and we all loved cyprus, searching far and wide for the ideal. We found the dream apartment B101 at Faros beach. We furnished to a high standard and enjoyed the wonderful Penthouse. Modern life, changes in priorities, limited holidays and opportunities meant we were soon no longer able to visit as often as planned . This gave us the idea and the freedom to rent out the apartment for others to enjoy. You will thrill at the sun sparkling sea views across the clear blue swimming pool from the apartment balcony Your comfort, value for money, quiet apartment, yet an easy walk to the beach and all amenities. You will love the level of equipment , from George Forman Grill to Nespresso machine, shopping trolley to pineapple de-corer and all in between .We all cook and like all home comforts, . Even Gordon Ramsey would be happy?.The apartment lavishly caters for all needs. No need to go hunting for elusive or non extant utensils , they are there for you. The service team are tip-top, we work closely with them, checking all. Replacing, renovating, worn, ageing, are aways discarded. You will be impressed with the premium status. Our guests love the apartment, as our reviews always show, please read them. Some 'returners', are in their 8th year, many more 3-6 years. What makes this Apartment unique
Unique, by location, design, layout and standard of build. all at a very competitive value for money rates. delivered with a very supportive personal service. We really care and double check all several times year.. Unique also for a holiday home it is quiet, yet close an easy 4-7 minute walk to everything. Shops, chemist , bank, no main road to cross to the beach , , Wi-fi, all Uk TV channels, sea views , (you can oft hear the surf ) set in beautifully maintained gardens. The beach is approximately 300 metres, (sea views from the apartment ) and 300 metres in the opposite direction, the shops, banks, chemist, cafes, restaurants and bars etc. B101 is quietly located on a service road . A car is not necessary , if you do hire one to explore further B101 has full underground parking to keep it cool. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen area with all the usual, plus espresso machine and George Foreman grill, wand mixer, comprehensive cooking tools, full range of pots, pans, wine goblets with wine cooler , full dinner set and much more. Three air conditioning units plus ceiling fans and flyscreens, luxury sofas comfortable bedding, two balconies, plus many more refinements which make this more than a holiday apartment, B101 is a real home from home, fully capable of sustaining weeks or even months of holiday enjoyment. A fully functioning , caring estate Committee ensures the communal areas are all tip-top, the pool especially You will love it .

Having been to Paphos before I was familiar with the location of the property, lots of shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away. The harbour is easy to get to either on foot or bus, the coastal path to the harbour is a lovely walk.
The apartment itself was fab, a good size, clean and bright, it is very well looked after and stocked with any appliance or utensils you may need, I did think I’d found a flaw at one point but no after a proper look I found oven gloves ha ha! The pool area is so quiet we had it to ourselves most days which was lovely.
Philip is wonderful, he responds to emails very quickly and offered us lots of extra advice and information, nothing was too much trouble at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Paphos

Excellent well equipped accommodation in ideal location
This accommodation provides an ideal base to explore Paphos and the surrounding area. Great bus service within couple of minutes walk. Lots of places to eat and drink.
Accommodation itself is very clean and well equipped if you wish to buy local produce and cook your own meals. Towels, beach towels etc all provided and contact with owner is excellent. Have already provisionally booked for another stay. Can't fault.

Lovely property on a very quiet complex. fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and minutes to the beach.
Philip, the property owner kept us informed every step of the way with our booking and made everything run smoothly.
We would definitely use this apartment next time we stay in Paphos.

Lovely apartment , spacious ,well equipped and spotlessly clean .Situated on a small ,private complex with a superb pool area and beautifully planted and well maintained gardens .The sea and beaches are just a short stroll away and in the opposite direction ,on the Tomb of the Kings Road ,there is a great selection of restaurants ,bars and shops.
I have stayed in this excellent apartment many times ..........its a perfect destination if you like peace and quiet to relax in the sun or walk by the sea but also enjoy lovely meals or a good night out . I highly recommend this apartment .

Sea views, 300 metres beach, amazingly positioned,Faros Beach Penthouse B101 is a beautiful apartment for a memorable holiday.
With full Wi-fi plus all Uk TV channels, plus films drama, nature, etc so you are really at home and in touch with friends and family and business if needed .
In a quiet location, yet an easy short (250 m) walk to the shops or the Blue Flag beach, where a coastal pathway provides a stunning walk that takes you into Paphos Harbour with it's seafood restaurants, boat trips, art galleries & festival areas. In the opposite direction you are just a 2 minute stroll to the bars, cafes, banks, chemist, supermarket, bus stops, night-life and restaurants.
The historic Tomb of the Kings is only about 500 m from the apartment, and because of the excellent location of the apartment, a car is not necessary - however, if you do choose to hire a car then Faros Beach has it's own underground car park to keep your car cool... this is a very unique facility.
Golf: Golf holidays or the occasional round ; there are four golf courses within an easy 35 minute reach of B101 Faros Beach, Paphos. The new Elea glof Club (Nick Faldo design ) 18 kms, Tsada 15km. Secret Valley 18km. Aphrodite Hills (PGA standard) 18km.
Also drive to the cool of the amazing Troodos mountains and the small villages for great walking and exploring
