He and his family know the value of providing high quality service and value for money. He retired to Brighton and for the last 18 years has concentrated on painting (fine art ) some of his work can be found in Cyprus , He has travelled the World on business and for pleasure he knows what makes for a successful holiday home and found it all, at Faros Beach apartment B101. I am an owner that cooks and likes all home comforts, not searching for utensils etc, even Gordon Ramsey would be happy?.The apartment lavishly caters for all needs. You have need to go hunting for elusive or non extant utensils , they are there for you . The service team are tip-top, Iwork closely with them, checking all. Replacing, renovating, worn, ageing, are aways discarded. You will be impressed with the premium status. Real results as our reviews always show, please read them. Some 'returners', are in their 8th years many more 2-5 years. The secret to the apartment success is our service sector training , My family and I care for your comfort .
What makes this Apartment unique
Unique because we really care and double check all several times year with a proven service team. Unique also for a holiday home it is quie , yet close an easy 4-7 minute walk to everything. Shops , beach , Wi-fi, all Uk TV channels, all with sea views , (you can oft hear the surf ) set in beautifully maintained gardens. The beach is approximately 300 metres, (sea views from the apartment ) and 300 metres in the opposite direction, the shops, bank, chemist, cafes, bars etc. B101 is quietly located on a service road only, and if you do hire a car to explore further B101 has full underground parking to keep it cool. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen area with all the usual, plus espresso machine and George Foreman type grill, wand mixer , comprehensive cooking tools, full range of pots, pans, wine goblets, full dinner set and much more. Three air conditioning units plus ceiling fans and flyscreens, luxury sofas comfortable bedding, two balconies, plus many more refinements which make this more than a holiday apartment, B101 is a real home from home, fully capable of sustaining weeks or even months of holiday enjoyment. A fully functioning , caring estate Committee ensures the communal areas are all tip-top, the pool especially You will love it .

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully maintained and equipped apartment within a small complex which is equally well maintained and equipped. With friendly neighbours and the ideal location for restaurants, bars and walks along the coastal path to Kato Harbour, we enjoyed a great week.

The lovely apartment had everything we needed and more, and Philip was attentive and thoughtful. This little complex is immaculate, and an oasis of calm. The area is a delight, with loads to see, and great places to eat nearby. This part of Paphos is a mix of modern with it's shopping mall, ancient, and authentic Cypriot...who could ask for more?

Very clean and spacious apartment. Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, bed linnen.
Enjoyed our stay very much. A lovely peaceful complex, very well kept.
There is a lovely walk from the apartment to the harbour in Paphos.

Super Apartment, Super Location
My wife and I spent a week in this lovely apartment. It is comfortably furnished, scrupulously clean and comprehensively equipped for self-catering. It is located in a small, quiet and beautifully maintained development just a very short walk away from shops, restaurants and bars with a Lidl supermarket just a little further. It takes only 20 minutes to walk to the harbour the quick way and about 40 minutes via the scenic coast path. But for those with a car, the apartment comes with on-site underground parking, a godsend in the heat of summer. Philip has provided a vast amount of information about the apartment, it’s facilities and all the nearby attractions and amenities on the HomeAway website and all is available, too, via the HomeAway mobile app. Furthermore, he is always ready to provide additional information, advice and recommendations. For me and my wife it was the perfect choice of apartment for a splendid holiday in Paphos. Thank you Philip.

Sea views, 300 metres beach, amazingly positioned,Faros Beach Penthouse B101 is a beautiful apartment for a memorable holiday.
With full Wi-fi plus all Uk TV channels, plus films drama, nature, etc so you are really at home and in touch with friends and family and business if needed .
In a quiet location, yet an easy short (250 m) walk to the shops or the Blue Flag beach, where a coastal pathway provides a stunning walk that takes you into Paphos Harbour with it's seafood restaurants, boat trips, art galleries & festival areas. In the opposite direction you are just a 2 minute stroll to the bars, cafes, banks, chemist, supermarket, bus stops, night-life and restaurants.
The historic Tomb of the Kings is only about 500 m from the apartment, and because of the excellent location of the apartment, a car is not necessary - however, if you do choose to hire a car then Faros Beach has it's own underground car park to keep your car cool... this is a very unique facility.
Golf: Golf holidays or the occasional round ; there are four golf courses within an easy 35 minute reach of B101 Faros Beach, Paphos. The new Elea glof Club (Nick Faldo design ) 18 kms, Tsada 15km. Secret Valley 18km. Aphrodite Hills (PGA standard) 18km.
Also drive to the cool of the amazing Troodos mountains and the small villages for great walking and exploring
