A wonderful studio apartment in a peaceful tranquil part of Cannes but still only 8 mins walk to the beach and Croisette. With free use of the hotel pool and beautiful garden you can relax at the residence or take a short walk to the centre of Cannes and take in the sights and enjoy the restaurants.

We have Wifi, Orange TV, DVDplayer and a Wii with 2 controllers, please bring extra games if you wish.

In the kitchen, there is a washing machine, 2 ring hob and oven.

With a lovely large terrace you can enjoy meals with views of the garden and bay beyond.

What makes this apartment unique

We holiday for 3 weeks during July and thoroughly enjoy the studio, with its location so close to the centre, we swim almost every day in the pool and take advantage of the excellent public transport to explore the region.

We enjoy eating on the large terrace as well as taking in some excellent restaurants within walking distance. We can also keep in touch with the world via the wi-fi.

I never tire from waking up everyday to blue sky and the wonderful view of the sea and mountains beyond. It is even better when the firework displays are on, it is like having a front row seat.

Soon the brand new sports multi plex will be open with another swimming pool and many tennis courts right on our doorstep.

Just wanted to say thanks for my stay at the Blvd Montfleury apartment. The apartment was a success again. We certainly appreciated the new bathroom and especially the power shower, which was fantastic.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The apartment is non-smoking. The A/C unit can convert to heating if required. The studio best suits 2 people but can accommodate parents with 2 children in a cosy arrangement. Outside: There is inclusive use of a large shared pool run by the adjoining 4* hotel, the sun beds around the pool are free to use except a small daily charge is payable to the hotel for 6 to 8 weeks during July / August. However, we prefer relaxing on the grass in the garden which is next to the pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (internal use only) and bedding supplied. A separate cleaning charge to clean the apartment, towels and bedding on departure is made. Weekly cleaning arrangements can be made if staying for a duration. Other: Large decked terrace with garden table for dining.

Coast/Beach:

8 mins walk to the beach / Croisette. Either walk along the seaside, take a swim or enjoy a sunlounger in any one of many private beach fronts. Lunch is always enjoyable on the sea front looking out on the rolling surf.

Travel:

Nice Airport is a 25 mins drive away or just over an hour to Toulon Saint Tropez Airport. Car hire is not essential, a bus from Nice Airport arrives in the centre of Cannes and a short taxi ride will take you to the Studio. From there most amenities are within walking distance, but car hire is recommended for exploring the many interesting venues on the Cote D'Azur.

Further Details:

There are many good restaurants close by to choose from, tennis courts next to the apartment, supermarket and shops within walking distance. The whole Cote D'Azur is on your doorstep.

We have free access to the 4 star Novotel Hotel Pool and gardens beneath our terrace.

Booking Notes:
Please email to confirm availability, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance paid 7 days prior to your stay plus a £150 refundable damages deposit. There is a £40 / 50 euro charge to clean the apartment and linens on your departure, if you have not already paid for cleaning please leave 50 euros in the apartment on the round table before you leave.

Changeover Day:
Arrival days are flexible, I will send you the keys at least 7 days before your stay.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
