Hide away in this little corner of paradise where lake and mountains meet, forming a haven for this house which boasts a spectacular view. The property includes a private jetty and mooring for your boat or the boat you may decide to hire. The villa is within easy reach of facilities and ideally situated in the heart of the Alps. (Geneva 45 mins, Chamonix and Megève 1hr, Turin 2 hrs). The 5 bedrooms all have dazzling views over the lake. The lay out of the villa, on 3 levels and its superb design furniture, will transport you into a magic world. The living room, and the dining room lead out onto a terrace which overlooks the lake. A play room with home cinema will keep young and old alike, happy. Lastly, a second, south facing 150 sq.m terrace is at your disposal for sunbathing and soaking in the 5 seater Jacuzzi with family or friends.

Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are included. The house is professionally cleaned when guests arrived, we appreciate guests treating the property as their own. 350€ for the end of stay cleaning will be asked. Other: Stairs, 3 floors, air conditioning, 1 balcony and 2 terraces.

Fantastic stay for our group of 4 couples

First the perfect location on the east side of Annecy lake, with direct access to the water and a stunning view, convenient and close to a lot of possible activities (kayaking provided by the villa, paragliding, biking, trecking, sightseeing, restaurants, supermarkets, etc). Better to have a car though. Second the warm welcome of the owners Michel Montant and his daughter Alexandra both charming. They equipped the villa with the minimum needed upon arrrival (bed sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, body gel, toilet paper, dishwasher soap,...) and offered us a generous first breakfast. Third the freshly renovated villa and its luxurious amenities : 5 ensuite bedrooms that can accomodate 10 persons easily, 2 additional wc's, A/C, chimney, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, washing and drying machine, wine cellar, free coffee and coffee machine, ping pong table, outdoor jacuzzi that can fit 8, a large garden and terrace all decorated with taste with an obvious attention to tiniest details. Last but not least the advice and contacts of the Montant family for activities, restaurants etc, among which an amazing Chef Frederique Fouquet who organized for us a Michelin-star level dinner. All in all, we will be back!!

An excellent property in a beautiful setting

The property was just as lovely as its description and met all of our expectations.

The owners couldn't have been more kind and helpful and ensured that our stay was a great success. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and would happily stay there again .

Amazing stay - even in the pouring rain!

Three families stayed here together (6 adults and 4 kids, two under 4 years of age) for a week and we had an amazing time despite the rain!

Stunning house, very high spec with outstanding amenities. Movie room and hot tub were much used and having the BBQ was great. It was a bit cold for the lake but it didn't stop us and having the double canoe was brilliant. Lots to do in the local area and some fantastic food shops within a 5 minute drive. Our hosts were fantastic and very helpful.

We will definitely be back.

Stay tax €2 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 1 years.

Booking Notes:
Reservation deposit: 50% of the rent. Non refundable deposit if the reservation is cancelled. Full payment (50%) one month before the arrival day.
Bond deposit: 5000 Euros on the arrival day which will be refundable one week after departure if there are no problems.
Visitor Taxes are not included.
500 euros for final housekeeping is not included in the price.
The other taxe of 2% of the rent is for the property damage insurance.
For your own peace of mind, don’t forget to subscribe a cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation, anything which will be payed will be kepted.
