A recently restored spacious stone cottage in the centre of a hamlet of around 12 stone houses, ideally situated for quiet relaxing days in the secluded garden or walking through the surrounding countryside. It is a short 5 mins drive into the quiet cafes and restaurants of the nearby Dordogne town of Riberac. There you will find a lovely town square with fountains, cafes and the bustling Friday morning market, one of the largest in the region. The hamlet is surrounded by agricultural land, woods and magnificent views, plus numerous marked walks. The gite has recently been restored with a modern kitchen and shower room whilst retaining the oak beams, fireplace and exposed stone walling and other original features. Stairs lead to the mezzanine floor (6ft high at centre but lower at each side) with two single beds and a sofa bed. A French window leads to the rear garden with the table and chairs in the shade of a Mirabelle tree.

One bedroom cottage in Perigord
Beautifully clean and well equipped. Not to far from the market town of Riberac but far enough to be in the countryside. A pretty and private garden with sunshine and shade with parking. The owners have created a warm and welcoming feel which gives a perfect place to rest. Planning to return.
A comfortable well equipped cottage for two.
A quiet location but only a few minutes away by car from the town of Riiberac with its range of shops and supermarkets and with a fascinating Friday market.
The cottage was well equipped and clean with a very attractive sitting room and a lovely large garden where there was always a sunny spot.
The height of the ceiling in the bedroom could be challenging for many tall people and the stairs a worry for older people, but we coped fine.
We would strongly recommend this property.
A lovely holiday in a beautiful area
We had a really lovely time and wanted for nothing. Everything was provided for and the owners were very welcoming. A lovely base to explore the beautiful surrounding area, highly recommended. Thank you Paul, we'll see you again
Propre ,cadre plaisant, tranquille ,joli endroit
