Notes on accommodation: The villa provide air-conditioning hot and cold thermostatic controlled, automatic CCTV video intercom, alarmed system with sensors movement, sensor fire alarm, car port with remote control electric gate. Outside: Big south facing terraces with furniture (seating and dining areas) but sun all round the day and overlooking mountain and sea views, BBQ and garden overlooking 5m x 10m swimming pool with 6 sun loungers, all the garden lit at night with garden flood lights with timer adjusted and LED blue lights around the pool area for romantic atmosphere. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and all bed linen provided. Villa is cleaned prior to arrival and a weekly cleaning service and linen change can be arranged for an additional fee. Beach towels not provided. Other: Entrance hallway with Marble console table with big mirror above. 1st floor landing with console marble table.

About Dr Siha

I live in England (London Area) with my wife and 20 years old daughter. My wife and I both work. I am property developers based in UK, originally I am medical Doctor as Left the medical field 20 years ago, my wife she interior designers, The property it is near to Malaga Airport which is 30 minutes drive (35 Kilometre) from the property 10 km from Marbella and 12 KM to Puerto Banus.

Why Dr Siha chose Sitio de Calahonda

We have bought this Villa as an off plane and constructed by a Spanish developer to our taste and to the high standard in 2007, we furnished the villa with an excellent quality of furniture mainly imported from known manufacturers in Italy. The property it is near to Malaga Airport which 30 minutes drive (35 Kilometre). We have chosen Riviera as it is very nice residential area beside it is near by all the beautiful beaches and Golf courses eg: La Cala Golf, Canalova, Miraflora and great range of bars and restaurants, all sports facility required in the vicinity in a walking distant.

What makes this villa unique

The most enjoyable part is the swimming pool as it is size 10 x 5 metres and solar shower. It has a very big garden adjacent to the pool, spacious terraces sunny all day, fantastic panoramic mountains (Sierra Nevada Mountains) and sea views it close to all amenities differnt kind of restaurants, shops and supermarkets and all kind of sports facility near buy within a walking distance.

The nearest beach to drive to are: Cabopino beach (Andy Beach) which very popular and is 10 minutes away. It is sandy with sun loungers and restaurants with water sport facility, fishing and boat trips. "" Lacala Beach, 5 minutes drive away"". ""Max beach in Riviera 2 minutes drive away"".


The nearest airport is Malaga Airport which is 30 minutes drive from the villa. Riviera del Sol is a clearly signed complex off the main N340 (A7) coast road, We can recommend a car hire company which we use ourselves. Malaga Airport is 35 km away in distance. Gibraltar, Ronda, Seville, Granada, Nerja, El Churro and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada as well as the marshlands with flamingos and other bird life are but some of the places worth visiting and all are easily reached by car.


Marbella 15 minutes away by car. One of the most delightful promenades on the cost, its classy restaurant and bars overlooking the beach front. A visit to Orange Square in the old part of Marbella is recommended. Puerto Banus is 20 minutes away by car. With it's exclusive yachts. Fuengirola - 10 minutes drive. A busy resort, with 8 km of beaches. The town comes alive at night with many bars and clubs. Alhambra Palace in Granada is approx. 2 hours drive. Rond is approx. 1 hour away by car.

There are several small stores, restaurants, bars etc within walking distance to the villa. The Aztec Sport Centre is 15 minute walk from the villa and in the heart of Riviera del Sol which is a sporting complex with very good facilities. Olympic sized swimming pool, 7 tennis courts, badminton courts, mini golf and gymnasium, not to mention the beauty salon/hairdresser, physiotherapist and restaurant. It is open to non residents and provides not only excellent reasonable priced food, but evening entertainment for all ages.

A newly constructed and state of the art internet centre and games room caters for all ages. The atmosphere is very relaxing and to set on the balcony enjoying the evening sun and just people watching, is in itself, a joy. as important, the people that run it are not only friendly but a real source of information. Trips, golf rounds etc can be booked from here and for a small fee one can use the clubs facilities.

Club del Sol - tennis. 5 minutes by car from the villa. The nearby Club delSol has excellent tennis courts comprising 7 brand new clay courts and 5 plexi-cushion courts. Seven brand new clay courts are open 7 days a week from 09.00 in until 21.30 hours.

The Miraflores Bowls Club is 10 minute walk from the villa and provides two all weather greens and due to the climate of Costa del Sol, members and guests are able to play all year round. All guests are welcome, either have a game of bowls or enjoy a snack or drink at the bar whilst leisurely watching a game. the club is open Monday-Saturday.

25% deposit required to secure booking - required within 1 weeks of accepted the quote. 75 % Full payment to be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Refundable security/breakage deposit of £250 to be paid to your bank account after your departure by 7 days provided no damages in the property.
Cancellation refunds: - in case of any cancellation no refund will be permitted. Short notice bookings requested i.e. less than 6 weeks the rental value to be paid in full.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival and departure to/ from the property it is at flexible time, unless new next Guest arrival same day of your departure.
