Kerharve Holiday Home in Camors,Nr.Baud, Morbihan, Brittany - Overlooking Forest, approx 30 mins to the Beaches, 5 min.drive to shops and restaurants.

The property is situated in a quiet country lane with the garden in a southerly aspect and set in about an acre of mature gardens and is secured by fencing all around, with gated access, it has it's own private heated pool with pool side furniture and is secured by fencing for your safety, suitable for young children. In the garden there is table tennis, badminton net, sand pit, swing/slide set for the younger guests.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin, 2 double upstairs, has 2 twin & 1 double, the down stairs being a double bed. There is a bathroom upstairs and there is a shower room downstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen. There is a comfortable lounge/diner and a pleasant conservatory with rural views to relax in.

About Denise and Alan

Denise and I decided to take early retirement in 2005, We chose France and after exploring the Morbihan area for 3 months we eventually found our ideally situated house in Camors and decided this is the place for us, the house is set in approx. 1 acre with it's large garden and own private pool which is secured within a fenced area making it safe for young children. We have had several children learn to swim in the pool which is very pleasing . As of yet everyone who has stayed at the house has enjoyed their stay, we have also had returning clients in following years.

Kerharve

This was our first visit to Brittany and we were not disappointed. Kerharve was everything it promised on the website, and more! A comfortable home, large gardens with lovely trees and a super pool. Views over the fields and forest-- the odd deer and plenty of birds.Excellent and spotless accommodation and really friendly & helpful hosts. We had a great family holiday ( three generations-12 to 76years)...many many thanks to Denise and Alan.

Fantastic House , pool and holiday location

This proved a really relaxing break for myself and my family. A great place to unwind! The house, which was immaculately clean, provided an ideal tranquil base for exploring the beautiful countryside of Morbihan in Brittany. We received a warm welcome from Denise and Alan,who were charming hosts and lived close by. Surrounded by completely unspoiled, wooded and rolling countryside, the house had everything we needed. It was well equipped throughout and the superb garden and swimming pool were huge added bonuses. The grounds, in fact, were stunning. There was plenty of space, equipment and toys for every age. I was also pleased that the English satellite TV meant that we did not miss out on either the football or Wimbledon! Final verdict: we loved it and cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a really peaceful setting and a good base to explore a wonderful region of France. We hope to return.

Outstanding holiday home 10 star!!!

This has to be the best holiday home that we have ever stayed in. The house is immaculate and absolutely spotless and everything works. The heated pool was awesome and water crystal clear. The gardens were just beautiful and so well kept with stunning views. The owners, Alan and Denise, are two really lovely people and made us feel so welcomed given that we turned up with such short notice having just abandoned an awful holiday home in Quiberon. The welcome bottle of red wine was the perfect start to a perfect week. We would highly recommend this home to any family. Thank you so much Alan and Denise x

family Holiday

Lovely house and gardens and as important lovely people. Alan, Denise and Betty Denise's mum were all great and we enjoyed a very

a nice evening of chat,drinks and snacks discussing home and families.

Alan keeps the pool extremely clean and the gardens are kept in wonderful condition at all times.

We spent a month with our adult children and grandchildren and everyone loved it. the surounding seaside towns and villages are excellent to relax and to eat in some outstanding restaurants.

Wonderful Break

Just arrived back from a wonderful time at this accommodation. The rural setting was ideal for us with a beautiful open view from the conservatory where we ate all our meals. The pool was well used and the garden provided hours of fun for our whole family aged 17 to 65, from badminton to table tennis. There are lots of things for younger children in the garden. House is exceptionally well equipped for eight people. Lots to see and do in the area from beach to historic towns. Still loads that we didn't manage to get around to in our two weeks. As stated Alan and Denise live next door but very quietly come over and clean the pool every couple of days. Alan even went to the doctors with one of our party and we thank them for the use of their lovely property.

Amazing family holiday home - 5*

My family & some friends hired this house for our recent holiday. We have 4 children under 3.5 between us, so were looking for something child-friendly and with activities to entertain the kids. We could not have asked to find a better equipped place - the kids loved the pool, "park", and all of the toys that the owners left in the garden for them. This led to a more relaxing holiday for all!

The house itself was spacious, bright and airy. Perfect for families sharing. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the games and books were a nice touch. Having a high chair, cot, stair gates etc there helped us greatly, as did the thought behind appropriate crockery, cutlery etc.

Denise & Alan were brilliant in their pre-holiday communication, and were very welcoming. They live on site but in a separate area, so you have complete privacy.

The location is great, 20 mins to beach, 10 to nearest hypermarket, 5 to bakery (highly recommend the almond croissants!!). Both couples went out in Baud for dinner on one night (Auberge de Cheval Blanc was fab!). A very informative book of leaflets is supplied to give ideas on what to do locally.

We will definitely look to go back next year!! Thank you once again Denise & Alan for your hospitality!

The property is self catering however bed linen is provided, towels are available on request, a towel bail consists of 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel at a cost of £6.00 per bail.
