Apartment in Villamartin, Nr. Torrevieja, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Quiet Location, near the coast (beach) and easy access to many Golf courses

Our apartment offers you the best of both worlds - a relaxing environment (as our apartment is far enough away from restaurants, bars, shops for it to be quieter); whilst being close enough to easily get to them. If you want to be around the ‘buzz’ the Villamartin Plaza is a just a 10 minute walk away. It has many bars and restaurants to meet a wide range of tastes and budgets. There are many more similar plaza's dotted around if you want to ‘go explore’. La Zenia Beach is a 10 minute drive away; and with a car (or via bus / taxi) the choice of beaches, coastline and other sight-seeing venues will keep all ages content. Benidorm Water Park is a popular choice for the younger ones (it is about a 45 mins - 1 hour drive away). For the keen golfer you will be spoilt for choice with many courses within reach from our apartment. The apartment has air conditioning and heating so it can be used all year round.

Notes on accommodation: We can arrange for a ‘welcome pack’ (i.e. milk, juice, etc). Please ask if you want more info. Outside: The communal pool is approx 50ft long and 10-15ft wide, it is only shared by the apartments within the gated community. Access is via a locked gate (providing additional secure privacy). We have often only shared the entire pool area with another 4-5 families (even in the peak times) not heated (very few in Spain are!). The apartment block has a communal sun terrace (roof area), you can use this for sun-bathing (if you love the sun!) or to watch the sun go down). There is a small park (really for very young children) just outside the pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is managed all year round for us. Fully cleaned before you arrive. Additional cleaning can be provided on request (please ask for more info). Towels and linen are provided for the apartment (but not beach / pool towels).

The property was clean, airy and spacious.

My partner and I, together with our 13 year old son stayed in this apartment for a week over the October half term. The apartment was very clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of bedding and towels and I even managed to find some beach towels to take down to the pool. The terrace is lovely to sit out on for breakfast and lunch. The pool area was great with lovely gardens. The pool itself was quite cold but I didn't expect anything else in October. The property is within walking distance of Villa Martin plaza with all of its bars and restaurants. There is also a good supermarket in the plaza. Although you don't go on holiday to watch TV, the property has proper satellite TV with English channels (bbc 1 etc) which was good in the evenings when we did not fancy venturing out. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment.

Lovely and very clan apartment, secure and perfect for relaxing, with everything we needed. Nice and very clean pool.

Villamartin plazza is a nice place where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

It was also a pleasure to deal with Darren and his local key holder, Dave, was also very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely book this apartment again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Great Apartment

My partner and I stayed for last week in June '17 with another couple, and there was plenty of room for us all. I've stayed in Villamartin for last 6 years and this is probably the best apartment we've stayed in. Arranging everything with Darren was very easy, simple and a pleasure. The pool is only a few steps away, and wasn't overcrowded at all. Only a 10 min walk to Villamartin plazza, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The couple that look after the property locally, Dave and Gill were great, very helpful. Cant fault the property or location at all, and am looking to re-book for early next year.

Excellent apartment

Stayed here on recommendation of family and was not disappointed. The apartment was very clean and more than generous with epuipment and items provided. It's a 10 minute walk to the plaza which caters for everyone, the bus stop for the beach is there or you can grab a taxi. Perfect for a relaxing holiday and to enjoy the sun without being to far away from any entertainment. I would also be very happy to come back in the future.

Being near the Costa Blanca (white coast) there are plenty of beaches. Please contact owner if you require further details.


Driving a car - it is about 15-20m from Murcia airport and 40-45m from Alicante airport. You can use a taxi service or we may be able to help with a pick-up / return service. For family (and golfing) holidays a car is advisable. There are taxi and bus services. If you just want a quiet long-weekend, you can get-by without a car.


We are a 10m walk away from "Villamartin" Plaza (and Villamartin Golf course) also about the same from "Los Dolces" (shops / restaurants). There are plenty of bars / restaurants and shops. St Miguel is also nearby. If you have a car there is just too much to list, there are plenty of varied things to do. If you want more information please ask.

Security Deposit Notes:

We require £150 when booking. This has to be paid 28 days before you stay in the apartment

Booking Notes:

1. A minimum ‘initial payment’ of 25% of the full rental amount is payable at the time of booking; this is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, at any time, or if you are unable to pay the balance payment
2. The full balance is due at least 28 days before your rental start date. If the full balance payment is not received in time we reserve the right to accept another booking; in which case you will forfeit your initial payment in full
3. If you cancel before 28 days of the first booking date we will retain 25% of the full booking fee and refund any additional payment to us already received. We will also refund the security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable)
4. If you cancel within 28 days of the first booking date we will retain 50% of the full booking fee and refund any additional payment to us already received. We will also refund the security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable)
5. In addition to the rental amount agreed with you there is a ‘security deposit’ of £100.00 (up to 4 guests) or £150.00 (for 5 or 6 guests)
6. The person responsible for the booking accepts full responsibility to pay us the cost of any repairs / replacements / damages; we will use the replacement cost for the same or nearest equivalent damaged item(s) we need to replace
7. Please respect our no-smoking policy; if you need to smoke (outside the apartment) please dispose of your cigarettes safely

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
