Only 25 mins from Palma Airport, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms, the double with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. The apartment also features a large dining area and lounge from which you can enjoy the views of Santa Ponsa Bay. Talking of which, the views from the balcony are simply stunning and have that wow factor, you will not want to leave the apartment! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for ease (including microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle etc). The apartment has a shared pool, table tennis facilities and is only 1 min from the beach from a secured back gate. Both the apartment and the resort are ideal for families and the disabled with no lifts nor stairs to use. Outside the main front door you are faced with all the amenities you could wish for - supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all of which are family orientated and within 1 min walk. Am sure one visit will lead to many more in years to come!

We are a mid aged couple and have owned this apartment for the past 10 years undergoing some very difficult times with the Spanish economy. We have worked hard to keep hold of this lovely place and have fortunately been lucky enough to enjoy many a holiday there, not as many as we would have liked due to work commitments but when our children were younger, spending time with them and their friends plus our friends, has all been worthwhile. You will love this place as it is literally 2 steps away from your nearest supermarket, the beach, bars and restaurants - really all you need for a great holiday with wonderful people to whom you meet along the way. Even if the weather isn't great, you will feel nice and cosy within the apartment and just spending an afternoon sitting on the balcony come rain or shine, can while away the hours just glancing over the gorgeous bay of Santa Ponsa, the views are just lovely with the sound of the waves to enjoy and for complete relaxation. It really is like looking at a moving postcard.

Silly question - its just so close to everything - you don't need a car as its all here in Santa Ponsa. You will feel safe if bringing young children and the grand kids. The pool and grounds are exceptionally clean and if you get bored in one place for too long, just go through the gate and you are right on the beach. With golden white clean sands and lots of watersports to enjoy as very reasonable rates. Even those teenagers will find plenty to occupy themselves and in the evenings, again a sense of safeness for them to venture without those adults.

The exceptional views, the closeness of everything, 25 mins from the airport, entertainment just across the road, quiet within the apartment, busy outside the main front door of the complex; enjoyable walks out in the evening without having to do much at all; loads of bars and no expensive restaurants but all good food right on your doorstep; the beach; space within the apartment and I could go on and on ....

Wonderful location, with superb views.
A wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. Set in a tranquil gated residence with its own pool. Outstanding views. Close to shops and all amenities. My family of 6 stayed here for 10 days. We have been coming to Santa Ponsa for many years. We now have 3 teenagers, that enjoyed the short taxi drive to fab nightlife. A great stay.
My husband and I stayed here with 4 teenage boys. The apartment was in an amazing location over looking over the bay. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and everything and more than we expected. The pool was also an added bonus. I have visited Santa Ponsa several times before so knew there were many lovely restaurants and things for teenagers to do on our doorstep. The only very slight downside to the apartment was that there was no air con, normally this would not be a problem but as Majorca has been experiencing much hotter temperatures than normal this made nights a little uncomfortable although there were fans in each room. I do hope to book the apartment again next year.
good size with fantastic views
well appointed apartment all amenities at the back or front doorstep,back to the beach and boat trips,front for restaurants and shops,you could never get fed up of those stunning views from the balcony.santa ponsa is a lovely resort. we didn't want to leave at the end of our stay so we have booked for next year. while the description in the listing for this apartment is accurate it is so much better than it says seeing is believing!.

Lägenhet med nära till allt & bra pool
Vi var här en vecka i mitten av september. Barnen (9&12) älskade poolen och de var oftast ensamma i den. Från balkongen kunde jag ha uppsikt av dem när de badade vilket var skönt. Från poolen är den endast en trappa ner till havet där man kan hoppa i om man vill snorkla. Vill man vara på stranden så går man 100 meter alternativt simmar dit. Utsikten är underbar och detfinns mycket att titta på. Alla utflyktsbåtar går på en pir nära lägenheten så vill man ta en utflykt är det inte långt att gå. Går man ut via entren så finns det massor av restauranger, affärer samt supermarket utan för dörren.
Lägenheten hade behövt lite målafärg på väggarna men det finns allt som du behöver. Alla måltider som vi åt hemma åt vi på balkongen vilket var väldigt mysigt.
Special interest holidays: Watersports galore! Including Banana rides, jet-skiing, pedalo's, motorised pedalo's, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding and anything else you can do on the water. Coast/Beach: The gorgeous white sandy beach of Santa Ponsa is within 1 min walk away from a secured back gate. Here you will also find the various boat excursions to other islands etc. Also, a vast array of watersports are waiting for you on the beach itself, eg Banana rides at 10 Euros per person but most enjoyable and not as dangerous as it looks, water skiing - various rates. Wake-boarding - various rates, Jet-skiing - various rates. Travel: Palma de Mallorca Airport is only 25 minutes drive away. There is no private parking at our apartment but you can frequently find a parking space along the one way road opposite the main front door although restrictions are in place in certain areas. However, there really is no need for a car as everything is in such close proximity of the apartment and there are plenty of buses to/from Palma City Centre and various other resorts on the Island. Taxi's are plentiful and pass by frequently. Distances: 1 min from beach, glass bottom boat/water sports, shops and a huge variety of restaurants - anything and everything you like to eat/drink. 10 minutes walk to The Square - entertainment for all ages. Western or Aqualand Waterparks 10 mins by car. Magaluf and Palma Nova 8 mins by car. Palma City Centre/Palma Airport 25 mins by car. Poutals Nous - mix with the rich and famous at this stunning marina and walk amongst the million pound yachts. Further Details: I would recommend the following restaurants within Santa Ponsa: Two doors from the block's main front door, is a very popular steak restaurant, many Spanish families dine here although dinner and wine for two will set you back about 60 Euros. Across the bay from the balcony you can see the words - Mason Del Mar, this restaurant is a must on those warm sunny evenings, it is very reasonably priced, a lovely atmosphere, service is fantastic and very organised with the added bonus of watching the sunset over the mountains, so very romantic and fantastic for photo taking; also Pacos, De Vinci's, Jackies, too many to mention are all very well priced and family favourites, all within 5 minutes walking distance from the main front door. For entertainment, I would recommend The Square, left of the main apartment door, 10 mins walk although up a very steep hill, you will be entertained by various lookalike artists and tribute bands which are all pretty good and better than some we have here in England! A fab treat for the kids and a great evening for the whole family where you can dance and they can entertainment themselves in a very safe environment. That's what holidays are all about! For venturing out, I would recommend an evening at the Pirates Show in Magaluf, it may sound expensive but with food and drink included in the price, it is a must see for both kids, teenagers and big kids. Ensure you have your swords at the ready! The Kings Road in Palma Nova where superb snacks are served all day long and the staff friendly, there is also a huge spread of beach opposite if the kids get too bored and whom can go over and play a while.

We require £200 deposit with the final balance payable two months prior to departure. Changeover Day: We have no preferred changeover day. Any arrival/departure day is fine with us as long as these fit in and around previous bookings made. I work around guests as to their flight timings and will accommodate where possible.
