We have stayed on the secret valley numerous times. This villa didn't disappoint. The photos don't do it justice. Lovely. Thank you
Lovely peaceful villa with a fantastic Pool!!
We first visited this villa three years ago and are going back again this summer. One of the reasons we chose this property was due to the size of the pool and the Roman steps, the steps because they are so much easier and safer with the children and the size because it is one of the largest on Secret Valley. When you are holidaying with three children getting the pool right is a must!!
The villa is in a lovely quiet location with pretty gardens and being a corner plot is nice and spacious. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the living room and kitchen give you everything you need. It's a short drive to the village of Mandria and a bit further to Paphos. You have Aphrodite Hills a five minute drive down the road if you fancy a Costa or a kebab and there are also a few restaurants and a couple of shops.
Whilst you have everything you need a short drive away the thing the children love doing the most is spending the day at the villa. A leisurely breakfast followed by "Can we get in the pool yet?" leads to many hours spent around and in the pool. Then the bit that my children still talk about......the biggest ice creams you have ever seen, if you are around at about
4 O'Clock in the afternoon you will see what we mean when the ice cream van comes ( a 99' will never seem the same again). Special mention must go to Bill and Kathy! They look after the villa but I often feel like they look after us, they will always give advice if there are any problems even down to suggesting what we could put on our son when he developed terrible heat rash. Put all that together with a great villa in a great location and it all makes for a wonderful holiday, which probably explains why we are in our fourth year!!!
Very nice villa
We've had a wonderfull holiday in the villa. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderfull garden and swimming pool. The garden so big, that even in april, you have sunshine all day long. The local caretakers Bill and Kathy took good care of us. Make sure you include the wifi with your rental, because it's excellent!

Cyprus is situated in the eastern Mediterranean at the cross roads of three continents. The island’s strategic location has shaped its history and civilisation throughout the centuries. Its excellent infrastructure, high quality of life, low cost of living and generous tax incentives attract people to the island from all over the world. Cyprus is an island of tradition, charm and romance. With 9000 years of legend and history there is much to enchant you. Mountainous villages, crystal clear waters to tempt you, sandy beaches, green valleys and beautiful landscapes, all bathed in sunshine for 340 days each year. Most important of all is the all-embracing warm hospitality of the Cypriot people. Paphos is the home of marvellous archaeological treasures. Ancient legend tells us that this was the home of Aphrodite, goddes of love and beauty. Situated on the south-west coast of the island and sheltered from the north by the Troodos mountains, Paphos enjoys the healthiest year-round climate.
Nearest beaches are at Petra Tou Romiou or ‘Aphrodite’s Rock’ which offers basic facilities including a small taverna. A little further away is Pissouri where you can find water sports on offer, including water skiing, parascending and jet skiing.
Several flights are available daily into Larnaca 1¼ hr away and Paphos 10 min away - both charter and scheduled services. Booking early will normally secure a good deal. Car hire is widely available from either airport and taxi services (approx 60 euros from Larnaca and 15 euros from Paphos) run throughout the night. Car hire is essential.
Paphos/Kato Pafos 20 mins. Limassol 1 hour. Coral Bay 45 min (highly recommended).
There are several restaurants and bars located at Aphrodite Hills around the Village Square, including a Greek and Cypriot Taverna, sports pub and bar, Italian pizza and pasta, coffee shop and ice cream gelateria. The restaurants of the Village Square offer a true taste of the Mediterranean in a delightful setting recreating the ambiance of a traditional Cypriot village.
