This new 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned luxury house is situated on the outskirts of Peyia Village, near Coral Bay. Furnished to a very high standard, it's a home from home. Beaches, restaurants and bars are only minutes drive away and approximately 35 minutes from Paphos airport, it's an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The house comes with heating and air-conditioning and is suitable for both families and people of all ages all year round. Fly screens are fitted throughout the house for your convenience. Welcome packs can be arranged on arrival at an additional cost. European adaptors are not required as plugs are the same as the UK (3 pin). Outside: Bedroom 1 with patio doors to furnished balcony with table, 2 chairs with pool, sea and mountain views. The south facing terrace has a full patio set including four reclining chairs, large glass table and parasol and benefits from afternoon and late evening sunshine. The terrace has a small garden area and overlooks the main communal swimming pool accessible via the terrace. There are communal changing rooms, showers and toilets below the pool area. There are also showers around the pool along with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is 4ft deep throughout. There is also a second smaller communal pool. There is also a parking space reserved for your use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is equipped with top quality linen, quilts, pillows and bathroom towels. Please take your own beach and poolside towels with you. The property is cleaned before and after your visit.

Lovely townhouse

Stayed 10 days in this lovely townhouse. It was very clean and well kept. The pool was great and a lot of the time we were the only ones in it, pool man came every week day morning. The grounds are beautiful and we'll maintained as the gardeners came several times. The wifi was useful to keep in touch with family back home. Would recommend this townhouse and dealing with Eleanor and Chris was very easy and they were very helpful as we were staying in Cyprus for the previous 2 weeks and arranged for us to have the key sent to us earlier, thank you for that!

Fabulous place to stay

Lovely house situated in a quiet area, so car a necessity. Spotlessly clean house with all appliances provided that you could possibly need. The house is airconned (living rooms and both bedrooms) - very easy to use.

Pool was delightful - very quiet during the day so we pretty much had it to ourselves, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. Table and chairs on the terrace - lovely for breakfast as it's in the shade and great in the evenings for relaxing with the kids. Very quiet community both day and night so really relaxing, everyone there very friendly. Supermarket is up the hill by car about 2 mins, walking 20 mins and it gets quite steep at the top. Has everything you need, but there's a much bigger one on the road into Coral Bay. Some restaurants to recommend - Savvas Grill (up the hill) traditional food and children's menu - very good. Anesi - down the hill to main road turn right about mile down the road - traditional menu again excellent quality and variety. Seriani - in Coral Bay, extensive menu, excellent food.

Brilliant location and spotlessly clean! Minutes from both the picturesque village of Peyia and the bars/restaurants of Coral Bay! Booked again for next year!

Coast/Beach:

Coral Bay is approx 5 minutes downhill by car and is a beautiful beach, ideal for kids as the sands slope into the sea at a very shallow angle.

Travel:

Paphos Airport is approx 20km from Peyia and takes around 35 minutes by car. Car hire is advised and we recommend arranging this prior to departure for airport pickup. We can advise where to get a good deal. Driving is on the left as in the UK. Flights are available from most airports in the UK. Easyjet now fly from Manchester and Gatwick direct to Paphos Airport.

Distances:

Peyia Village is approx 2 minutes drive uphill or 20 minutes on foot. Coral Bay is approx 5 minutes drive downhill. Paphos is approx 15 minutes drive.

Further Details:

The beautiful village of Peyia has several supermarkets and a bank. There is a selection of local bars, restaurants and tavernas. Peyia village is only a 2 minute drive uphill or approximately 20 minutes on foot. Peyia is an excellent base to explore the beautiful Troodos Mountains, archaeological sites, golf courses, Aqua Park and Go-Carting.

Alternatively, for a more lively evening, the resort of Coral Bay is approximately 5 minutes downhill by car and has a wider selection of tourist bars, restaurants and nightlife. The local beaches of Coral Bay also provide water sports. The main resort of Paphos and its harbour is approximately 15 minutes away by car and has a huge selection of bars, restaurants and tavernas.

Changeover days are flexible so please provide your flight details with time of arrival and departure as soon as possible. This ensures the house will be ready at your specified time.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A 2 week rental is available at a cost of £550. Other rental periods can be arranged upon request. Long lets are also available.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
