Lovely 3 bed/3 bath villa (the same villa may also be rented privately as a 2 bed/2 bath i.e. without access to the 3rd bedroom which is not then let separately) with sun filled, South facing and secluded terraces, Mediterranean garden and enticing private pool; the perfect place to chill out, unwind and from which to make the most of everything the wonderful ‘White Island’ has to offer. Quietly situated on a hillside between Ibiza Town (Eivissa) and Santa Eulalia; only 10/15 mins from Ibiza Town, some great restaurants/bars such as Amante, Bambuda Grove, Nagai, La Paloma....5 mins from Santa Eulalia, some lovely beaches and the golf course (all times - by car). The "upside down" layout of our home away from home takes best advantage of the stunning views of the sea, Formentera and pine covered hills from the living areas & beautifully furnished terraces. The villa is fully and luxuriously equipped, including Sky TV, air-conditioned bedrooms, Sonos and WiFi, to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The newly fitted 25sqm kitchen has a Franke gas hob and extractor, twin Siemens ovens, warming drawer, integrated microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a tap dispensing filtered drinking water. A beautiful old French farmhouse table seats 6 should you decide to dine inside.

Outside there is a colourful, very private and walled Mediterranean garden with private (not shared) 8 x 4m pool. The secluded pool terrace, which gets the sun all day, is furnished with teak loungers, steamer chairs, comfy cushions, very large parasols and an outdoor shower. Beside the pool is a covered chill out area with comfy seating for lounging in the shade, Sonos music system and fridge for those essential poolside drinks.

The upper terrace area is stylishly furnished for up to 6 to dine and lounge in comfort and enjoy the stunning views. Subtle outdoor lighting makes the terraces the perfect place for pre-dinner drinks or a romantic meal, perhaps prepared on the gas bbq, on the evenings you decide not to sample the fantastic local restaurants.

5TH VISIT SAYS IT ALL

Once again we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing 5th visit to this beautiful villa. Our weather was a bit mixed this year, which we have not experienced in the past but what a lovely place to stay when the weather is not at its best and it is pouring of rain outside (we must say the showers were short and sharp before the heat of the sun was scorching once again). Every visit we make there has been a significant improvement as Ashley and Henning are always updating something and this year it was the well equipped and spacious new kitchen.

Needless to say we love this villa and the helpfulness of the owners is second to none and they know that we will be returning again.

Gorgeous villa, fabulous views, perfect location

Casa Garbo is the perfect villa for a stay in Ibiza, with the most amazing views, a beautiful and completely private swimming pool, and an extremely high specification in terms of interior design, amenities and décor.

It has 3 spacious bedrooms, lovely bathrooms, a beautiful lounge area, and a brand new, very high spec kitchen. The outside space is beautifully furnished, with several different seating areas and lovely planting around the pool and terrace area. The wide balcony terrace has stunning views across the pine forests to the sea, and is the perfect place for dining at home, or an evening drink. The photos genuinely don't do it, or the view, justice.

Ashley and Henning are extremely friendly and helpful hosts, staying close-by, so able to give recommendations on places to eat and visit. The location of the villa is very easy - less than 10 minutes' drive to Santa Eulalia and the sea; and even closer to lovely restaurants in local villages like Siesta and Cala Llonga.

We had read about Amante Beach Club in Cala Llonga before we arrived, and Ashley also recommended it - it is definitely worth going for lunch or dinner, and was our favourite place on the island. As with much of Ibiza - it doesn't look much from the outside, but is a stunning location with five star food. Ibiza is a small island, and this villa is perfectly located for exploring North or South, and is only a short drive to Ibiza Town. Many restaurants are within a 10 to 20 minute drive of the villa. You certainly need a car, but the island is very easy to drive around.

We were here in late April / early May 2016 - slightly early in the season, so a few restaurants weren't yet open for their full Summer extended hours - but it meant the island was quiet and peaceful. My husband and I would highly recommend this villa - it is one of the best we have ever stayed in anywhere - and we for sure plan to return.

FOURTH VISIT!

This is a superb villa with a views to die for and quality furnishings (nothing cheap here!). Every visit we find that Ashley & Henning have made more improvements and cannot wait to see the large new kitchen/diner which will be completed during the Winter of 2015. The villa is very clean and well equipped catering for your every need. The setting is superb, very tranquil and the ideal place to chill out and relax with beautiful plants and many potted cactus. We hate to leave every time and cannot wait to make our fifth visit next year as it is a villa we will never get tired of.

Truly great

This was our second visit to Casa Garbo and have already booked our 3rd and 4th visits, hopefully that says it all!!!

The moment you arrive you know you are going to have a great holiday, from the delicately scented diffusers strategically placed in cloakrooms and bathrooms to the immaculately presented accommodation and from the great seaviews across the country side to the warm welcome provided by Ashley, Henning and Lilly.

Nothing is left to chance and the process from booking to departure is well choreographed by the team. We arrived well before 'check in' but not a problem as we were able to drop our bags and leave them securely in the garage.

Waiting for us were some treats in the fridge so we were able to get off to a flying start with the corkscrew!

Great villa, great location, great views.

The boring stuff:

- The description of the property and amenities under rather than over sells the property.

- The property is presented beautifully and could not be cleaner or better looked after

- Ashley and Henning are superb in their service and provide a great insight into places to eat, visit etc their local knowledge certainly counts

- I have recommended Casa Garbo to all my family & friends, I just hope there is continued availability when I want to come!

Second thoughts, please don't visit!!!!!!

Its a MUST.

5 mins, by car, from the nearest beach at Cala Llonga and only a short drive to numerous other beautiful sandy beaches with all the usual water-sport facilities.

Travel:

Approx. 20 mins drive from the airport. Whilst taxis are abundant on the island, the villa is located in the countryside and a car is essential in order to make the most of your holiday.

Distances:

Approx. 10km from Ibiza Town, 4km from Santa Eulalia and 4km from Cala Llonga with it's lovely sandy beach.

Further Details:

Easy to find with tarmac access the whole way, not always the case in Ibiza! The nearest village is Siesta, about 2km, which has shops for basic provisions and Santa Eulalia is only 5 mins away, by car, offering everything you could need on holiday.
