Bedrooms: both bedrooms offer king size bed (can be exchanged for twins), fitted wardrobes, oak bedside cabinets, oak chest of drawers.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, the first (en-suite) offers a jacuzzi bath with shower over bath, dual sinks, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. 2nd bathroom offers hydro/massage shower, toilet, heated towel rail and sink.
Kitchen: kitchen is luxuriously appointed with all mod cons including: granite work tops, ceramic hob, extractor fan, F/F, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere.
Lounge: 2 leather sofas, oak coffee table, sideboard, lamp tables, dining table and 6 chairs, 32 Inch LCD TV and DVD player.
Misc: spacious entrance hall and store cupboard with ironing board, iron, dustpan and brush, mop, bucket and airer. Large balcony off both lounge and master bedroom with patio table, 4 chairs and parasol and sun loungers. The apartment is very secure with electronic blinds on all the windows.

Lovely modern apartment easy walk to beach
Lovely modern apartment, two good size comfortable ensuite doubles. High quality furniture/kitchen fittings. Nice balconies on either side. Nice small development within 5 minutes walk from the beach and beach restaurants. Perfect for a relaxed stay by Porto de Mos and with easy access to Lagos.
These apartments were amazing, superbly equipped and quite luxurious. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fantastic and everything supplied. Security was very high.
The area is beautiful with a great beach and two lovely restaurants nearby but there was a complete lack of shops in the area. The nearest supermarket was too far to walk and there wasn't a convenience store any nearer. Without a car we found it impossible to get even the basic essentials daily like bread and milk. However, this all adds to the character of the place itself and if you have a car it is not a problem - the said supermarket has everything and Lagos is my favourite holiday resort anywhere.
Coast/Beach: The historical, beautiful city of Lagos lies along the rugged coastline of the Western Algarve. You can explore the gorgeous grottos and beaches, try out the water sports or explore the charms of Lagos' old town. The spectacular Porto de Mos beach is just 3 minutes from the apartments on foot and offers watersports as well the usual sunbathing and swimming. Additionally there is excellent food at the 2 beachside restaurants. Further along the coast there are other stunning beaches to explore. Travel: The nearest international airport is Faro, approx 55 minutes by car. Nearest railway station is Lagos (2km), where there is also a bus station. Porto Mos can be accessed easily from both the N125 and and A22 motorway. Car hire is available both from Faro Airport and Lagos town centre. To truly experience all the Algarve has to offer, a car is highly recommended. Distances: Centre of Lagos 2km. Supermarket 1km. Garage 1km. Restaurants 300m. Beach 300m. Private hospital 2km. Praia da Luz 5km. Further Details: The apartments are located in the Colina Azul development overlooking Porto de Mos beach, just 2km from the centre of Lagos. Lagos has lots to offer, from the historic old fort town to the thriving marina, there are shops, bars, restaurants and cafes to please everyone. The Western Algarve's rugged landscape offers a wealth of beautiful areas to visit including Cape Vincent and the hills of Monchique. Perhaps the best way to see the stunning coastline is on one of the various cruise trips that are available locally where you can experience the fabulous grottos and see the dolphins! Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Porto de Mos area.

Booking Notes: Booking is made with a 25% deposit to secure booking. Full payment due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of departure, full payment will be required in advance. A security deposit of £150 will be taken prior to occupation of the property. This will be returned at the end of your stay upon inspection of the apartment. Changeover Day: Preferred changeover day is Saturday, however, other days will be considered on request. Guests arriving can enter the property from 3pm onwards. It is requested that the apartment is vacated by 11am on departure days. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Payment can be accepted in euros - contact us for rate applicable. Reduced prices for multi-week lets will be considered. Please contact us for deal details.
