Gorgeous fully air-conditioned and heated 5 bedroom villa in Urbanisation Carib Playa, Las Chapas, only minutes walk from Marbella's best beaches and the beautiful small port of Puerto Cabopino. Puerto Cabopino is arguably the prettiest port in the Costa del Sol offering a choice of excellent bars, restaurants and nightclubs and which can now be accessed by the newly introduced boardwalk making for a pleasant evening stroll, (approximately 15 minutes).

The property comprises 5 bedrooms spread over 2 floors making it an ideal choice for two families wishing to go on holiday together whilst providing your own privacy when you want it or alternatively larger families celebrating special occasions. It has often been rented for family gatherings to celebrate important birthdays etc.

Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double with full ensuite facilities and two large twin rooms, a further full bathroom with separate bath and shower, entrance hall, study, large separate lounge leading onto the balcony.

A feature granite staircase leads downstairs to a further lounge and dining room area, the hub of the villa with access directly to the terrace, pool and gardens. A fully fitted kitchen, large family bathroom, double bedroom with ensuite, twin bedroom and store room. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

The Villa also benefits from hi speed wifi fibre internet access, HDTV with access to all sky and most european channels including Danish, Swedish, Dutch, French and German channels to make you and the family feel at home.

There are enough sun loungers and dining facilities to accommodate all members of your party and of course BBQ facilties.

Fancy a winter break, Christmas or New Year stroll along the beach in the sun with your family. The months of December and January in the Costa Del Sol can be lovely and dry with temperatures reaching 18-19 degrees and feeling warmer with the sun on your face. Why not break up those winter blues with a 3 or 4 day break. The Villa is fully heated. And the bars and restaurants in the local area remain open all year round!

NB: Please note that all short breaks (5 days or less) attract an additional cleaning cost of £200 per party in total. This is simply as it is uneconomical to rent the Villa at the rates disclosed for such short periods as the cleaning costs remain the same as would be the case for a week. We are family Boyle, consisting of myself Paul, my wife Karen and our two teenage daughters Megan and Lauren. We live in Alderley Edge, Cheshire and I run my own insolvency/accountancy related practice with a number of offices throughout the country.

We are very proud of our Villa, love it and are sure you will too. The location of the property provides you with the perfect ability to get exactly what you want from your holiday, be that a quiet affair in the immediate surrounding area with easy access to the beach and a large selection of chiringuitos and restaurants, walk 15-20 minutes to the busier Puerto Cabopino or Nikki Beach or to venture further afield by car or taxi to the bright lights of Marbella and Puerto Banus some 10 and 15 minutes away respectively.

Why Paul Boyle chose Carib Playa

We bought this property as my parents were planning to retire to the Costa Del Sol and we too were looking to buy a property in the area. It made sense to put our resources together and buy a larger property that could accommodate all of us for family holidays.

From the outside the property has all the beauty of a typical traditional Andalucian Villa, but benefits on the inside from being updated to accommodate all the modern conveniences for todays living.

What makes this villa unique

We simply loved the location! We could never understand why people would want to have a property that wasn't close to the beach resulting in having to get in the car. No such problem with our Villa, the beach is a mere 400 metres down a slight hill. From the beach it is possible to walk all the way down it to Puerto Cabopino or in the other direction towards Nikki Beach and Elvira passing by many beach side chiringuitos.

We had a brilliant holiday, weather was fantastic and complimented the excellent location and standard of accommodation enjoyed by this great Villa. It is true that the Villa is just a very short walk from the beaches and also close to some fantastic restaurants and bars. I had never heard of Puerto Cabopino, a stunningly pretty little port with some superb restaurants and bars. Rest assured I will be returning to this Villa and area again. Jon Law, Bristol



What a fabulous holiday we had in just the best villa and surroundings possible. We had everything we needed and more and I hope you find that we left your home in the same superb way that it was presented to us on our arrival. Theresa was there to welcome us and what a lovely person she is as your first point of contact. Coast/Beach:

Cabopino beach, a nice safe sandy beach and regarded as being one of the best beaches in the Costa del Sol is only a short walk from the villa, (approx 400 metres). The beach is serviced by a number of chiringuitos (beach bars) as well as a number of good quality restaurants.

Puerto Cabopino is a small pretty harbour surrounded by a number of good bars and restaurants and a nightclub and can be reached by the newly completed boardwalk. It is a lovely 15 minute walk through the protected dunes.

Travel:

Malaga airport is only approximately a half hour drive away.

Distances:

Marbella town and Puerto Banus are approximately a 10 and 15 minute drive away respectively. There is a local supermarket only a couple of minutes walk away with a larger commercial centre in Elvira only a couple of minutes away by car.

Notes on accommodation: The villa benefits from air conditioning and heating throughout. There is also a open fire place in the upstairs lounge, perfect for curling up in front of and reading a good book during those chilly winter evenings. During the refurbishment programme every attention to detail was given to provide a safe and fun environment for our children to enjoy their holidays. Outside: The Villa benefits from sea views, the beaches being only a short walk away, a new private 8 x 4 metre (24ft x 12 ft) heated swimming pool, large terrace that can comfortably accommodate all guests, lawned areas for children to play safely on, a quiet shaded courtyard area enabling you to relax whilst reading a good book and superb established gardens including a large number of stunning palm trees. The entrance to the property is through its own private courtyard which includes an attractive fountain. The Villa is equipped with all outdoor furniture and equipment, such as loungers, chairs and tables and a gas BBQ. There is also a separate remote controlled garage. Utility Room: Storage room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All rentals include an essentials food package upon arrival. All towels (excl beach towels), linen and a weekly maid service is included. Additional cleaning or ironing facilities are available subject to prior arrangement at a cost of 15 euro per hour. Other: Study with PC, broadband and wifi.

Lovely villa, high quality, very well equipped, great owner.

We were a mixed family group aged from 8 to early 70's. This is a lovely villa which is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 10 people. It is finished to a very high standard and is very well equipped, with lots of extra items that make it a home from home. The pool is a good size and the property is very well looked after.

There are some good restaurants within a 20 - 25 minute walk, especially at the nearby marina. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 15 minute walk and the nearest beach is no more than a 10 minute walk. Some would find the location a little remote as it is quite residential, which also makes it peaceful.

It was a pleasure to deal with Paul. Any queries were met with responses the same day. Plenty of information was supplied about the area and Paul was very helpful. The housekeeper (Theresa) is also extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist. During our stay a hot water boiler broke and after a quick email it was replaced within the day. After experiencing poor service when dealing with other owners previously I cannot speak more highly of Paul. Holidays can easily be spoilt when things go wrong (and things will naturally go wrong sometimes) but when you deal with an owner like Paul it is very reassuring.

Overall this is a lovely villa and the quality of the accommodation cannot be faulted. When you throw in a great owner it is one that we would certainly recommend to others.

Fantastic villa in a lovely area

Villa very nice with beautiful pool and near beach and also marina. Lots of lovely restaurants about and we found everyone very helpful and friendly. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We had 6 adults with us and 4 children and everyone was very pleased with accommodation and facilities.

Booking Notes:
Bookings should be made by phone or email then supported within 14 days by a 50% non refundable deposit, the balance payment is to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full is required for bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival. A refundable deposit to cover breakages and excessive cleaning of £300 is required, payable 14 days before your holiday. Please note that on arrival day you may not be able to gain access until 4pm, if this is the case, you will be able to leave your luggage, check out is 10am.

Changeover Day:
Where possible changeover days are flexible, albeit this may be more difficult to arrange during peak periods. For the purposes of rental period prices however, these have been based on a Saturday changeover day.


Notes on prices:

Prices are in pounds per week and are inclusive of all charges including cleaning, but with the exception of telephone charges. For 2 week bookings, prices include a comprehensive mid break clean and change of towels and linen.

Prices for short breaks of 5 days or less attract an additional cost of £200 per booking for cleaning. This is simply as it is uneconomical to rent the Villa out for short periods inclusive of the cost of cleaning.

Also included is a sky TV package, IPTV with all sky, UK, Dutch, German and Scandinavian channels. The IPTV also includes many of the latest movies. Full hi speed fibre internet access is also included in the price of all bookings.

Pool heating if requested is subject to an additional cost of £150 per week.

A refundable security deposit of £300 is payable 14 days prior to your holiday to cover breakages although this maybe used to contribute towards excessive cleaning if required.
