Our lovely condo in pretty Terrace Ridge, a secure gated community 5 minutes from Interstate 4, offers 2 en-suite bedrooms, spacious living room with sofa-bed, sliding doors leading to balcony with table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry room and storeroom for golf equipment. One bedroom has a Queen sized (60") bed, the other twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and TV. Cot and high chair supplied. Cable TV and internet connection included. The nearby clubhouse has a large heated pool, covered jacuzzi, games room with snooker table, large plasma screen, fitness centre and even a sand volleyball court. Close to golf courses and other attractions.
Lovely beaches lie approximately 1 hour drive from Davenport.
Orlando International Airport is half an hours drive away (approx 30k) and a rental car is recommended. Booking a car at the airport is easy and hassle free. Book before you leave and your car will be ready for collection upon arrival. There are two tolls when you leave the airport and these cost $1 each. Change is given at the booths.
Terrace Ridge is situated just off the I4 at Junction 58, Champions Gate. It is a 10 minute drive from Disney world and other leading attractions. Highway 192 is a couple of miles away and offers an array of restaurants, shops and banks. International Drive with its designer outlets and restaurants is a short drive away and a must for the shopaholic and bargain hunter.
Terrace Ridge is in a prime location. Disneyworld is 10 minutes away and other attractions include Disney's Hollywood Studios (previously MGM), Universal Studios, Gatorland, The Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins. A truly wonderful experience for all the family, whatever age. You may also like to visit the Orlando Museum of Art or the Orlando Science Center. For a fun night out, how about trying the Pirates Adventure, Medieval Times, Arabian nights or have a wander round Old Town in Kissimmee. Champions Gate Village, the development's retail center, hosts Publix Super Market, McDonald's, Walgreens, Public Bank, 7/Eleven, Chili's Grill and Bar, and BP Connect.

A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking with payment in full if booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure. The final payment and a £200 security deposit will be required 8 weeks before departure.
