This lovely privately owned 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed luxury house, is under 10 mins walk from two beaches,10 mins by car or taxi to the lively resort of Cala D'or. 5 minutes walk to the shops, nearby supermarket and pedestrianised area which offers excellent restaurants and bars of Cala Egos. A short distance further evenings can be spent relaxing enjoying a traditional Spanish paella with a glass of rioja, or partying the night away in one of the many cocktail bars. A 5 minute walk will take you to the cosmoplitan marina of Cala D'or, with it's luxury yachts and some of the best restaurants on the island. A road train circulates local beaches, the resort of Cala D'or, and the beautiful blue flag beach and national park of Cala Mondrago. Or visit the traditional fishing village of Porto Petro, and fish restaurants. 5 mins by car or taxi Local markets, villages, monasteries, or the famous Cuevas del Drach, with their mile of stunning caverns and underground lake. 45mins from airport . 1 week stay in July with the family

We all had a great time the villa was plenty big enough for all six of us and the location is excellent. The shops, three beaches and Cala longa harbour / yacht club are no more than a few minutes walk away. The grounds and garden are safe for the kids and the pool was fine.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location

Just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely villa. Travelled with my sister and her family, 8 of us in total - 2 16 year olds, 1 15 year old and a 12 year old. The accommodation is just perfect - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & with enough places to escape to for a bit of peace & quiet if you needed it. We sunbathed in the garden & wandered out to the pool - pool is quite small, however, it never appeared to be overly busy and we always enjoyed it and played a bit of "family volleyball" 😀 Villa is in the perfect location, supermarket just across the road, a 20 minute stroll into Cala D'or around the Marina (with some gorgeous restaurants) or a 5 minute walk into the very safe Cala Egos with bars and restaurants - our teenagers loved the freedom 😜 can't rate it highly enough - had such a lovely holiday, great villa in the perfect location 😊

Fantastic Holiday

We stayed here with my sister and family in July/August. The villa was very spacious and well kept. The outdoor eating/seating area was just lovely and many an afternoon was spent on one of the sofas with a book. The pool area was great and never really got too busy - we were all quite happy to use the garden to sunbath and then visit the pool to cool down.

The location of the villa is just perfect, supermarket just across the road with nearest bars & restaurants of Cala Egos a two minute walk away. The Marina was a five minute walk where there are also lots of bars and restaurants and if you carried on walking round you reach the bigger resort of Cala D'Or approximately 15 minute stroll so you have everything on your doorstep.

Jackie the owner was lovely, we had a couple of problems during our stay and Jackie was really quick to respond and sort everything out.

We loved it so much that we have booked the villa again for 2017.

3rd visit to this villa

Another great holiday at this villa.

A little busier in July than June, buts that school holidays and grandkids.

Some nice improvements have been made to the villa, especially liked the outdoor dining, the BBQ is just great.

Pool area is fabulous, abit busier than in June, but not overcrowded.

The key for us is the Villa's location, easy walk to everything you need, and with the the July heat and grandkids its suits us.

We had 2 hire cars (Euromax, give Max try) and visited Soller for the first time, put this on your list, its like visiting a different country.

The Villa's Wi-Fi is top notch, but the TV system is a challenge, we only needed it for kids channel, s, but might not suit an avid veiwer.

Highly recommend this villa.

Relaxing family stay

We had a fabulous relaxing stay at this property and would certainly book again. The house is in a great location, just a short walk from shops, restaurants and bars. There are various little beach coves to visit all walkable from the house and all clean and safe for swimming. We also took a boat trip from one of the beach coves which was a great day out. The main marina is about a 15 minute walk away but there is a small resort train that takes you down and on in to Cala d'ore. The train stops just up the street from the house and runs through the day and early evening.

The house has 2 bedrooms down stairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Ideal for us as we were able to put the small child down stairs with out worrying about him climbing up and down each day.

The house was clean and had everything you could want for your holiday.

The garden was lovely and we enjoyed a lovely BBQ supper out side.

The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The baby pool was great for the children and the main pool was a refreshing way to cool down.

We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Lovely villa and pool

Really impressed with the villa, it's lovely and spacious with a great outside covered seating area, nice garden and shared pool.

It is set in a great spot near plenty of shops and restaurants and a supermarket is literally just across the road.

So pleased for the air con in all the rooms, it makes it really comfortable when coming in from the heat.

There are a couple of beaches about 5-10 mins walk away and a road train that will take you into Cala D'or.

Have no hesitation recommending.

Travel:

Cala Egos is approximately 45mins drive from Palma Airport.

Car hire is not essential. Taxis and local bus service is available in the resort.
