A stay at our private detached private villa in Peyia, Paphos is highly recommended for a holiday that you will remember forever. Some villas claim to have nice views, but this one is arguably the best in the whole area, absolutely breathtaking! Our villa is well equipped for all the family and comfortably sleeps 6. The pool is a 8m x 4m infinity type and is set in a large terrace with BBQ, with a lower separate terrace below. It has a lovely thatched cabana for some welcome shade during long hot summer days. There are sun loungers, outdoor dining table and an outdoor shower. The garden is very large and fully landscaped with palm trees, bushes and flowering shrubs. The villa is totally private with its own drive and ample parking. You can watch the sunrise over the mountains and set over the sea, as there is nothing but the blue sky to block the view. It is located in a quiet area and away from major developments. Full central heating for those out of season holidays.

About The Owner

Hi and thanks for viewing our villa in Cyprus. We are Mark and Jo, who quite simply fell in love with the island after taking several holidays there back in 2003/04. During one of these holidays we were driving from Peyia to Polis, and came across a partly built villa, so we stopped off to take a look. The view of the Cyprus countryside and Mediterranean was fantastic - and within hours we were placing a deposit at the local estate agents. Like most people these days we work long, tedious, stressful hours, so taking a holiday in our villa is what the doctor prescribes, and it works! We are pleased to be able to invite guests to take a vacation at our villa, either for a short or long durations, and try our best to accommodate all our guests requirements.

Utility Room: Seperate utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board and safe. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property clean upon arrival with towels and linen provided. Mid stay linen changes arranged for additional payment of £15.

Amazing villa! The stunning pictures reflect the property exactly.

This was our first private villa experience but it definitely won't be our last. Villa Marcos is picture perfect! It's isolation suited us; however, we were only a 10 minute drive away from the coast. A car is a must.

The villa was immaculate and had everything in place that you could possibly need. The view from the terraces was spectacular!

Being our first villa holiday, we had concerns (media driven) right up until we arrived at the villa. However, Mark, the owner was extremely professional throughout; responding to our emails promptly and forwarding all the necessary information in a timely fashion. His directions to get to the villa from Paphos airport were invaluable.

In short, we can't wait to return to our little piece of paradise.

Fabulous Holiday Villa

Family of 6, including grandparents and children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Marcus.

The villa is very well equipped, with everything you need for your stay. The rooms are bright, spacious and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are air conditioned which is essential in the heat of the summer. The TV was very intermittent, which was a little frustrating, but we didn't really go on holiday to watch TV!

The real draw of the Villa is the location, which is superb!! It is easy to get to, close enough to amenities but far enough away to have the feeling of complete isolation, which we love on holiday!

The view out the back is out of this world, I would never tire of looking out over the sea and the town, it was breath taking. The pool was enjoyed by all, the BBQ was well used as was the thatched cabana area which provided welcome shade during the day.

Overall we had an absolutely fabulous family holiday. If we could return next year we would, but there are 9 of us next year so we won't be able to fit here! I have already recommended the villa to lots of friends who have seen the villa on our holiday photos.

Communication throughout the booking process was always quick and polite, the instructions given from the airport were spot on, I was able to direct my husband (who was driving) in the dark at 10pm at night first time to the villa with no help from a SatNav.

Thanks very much for allowing us to stay!!
