Ideally situated for water-skiing and sailing on the Camel Estuary, golf at the world renowned St Enodoc Golf Club, surfing at Polzeath or simply enjoying the beautiful beaches at Daymer Bay, Rock and Porthilly. Ideal for a group, family sharing or a romantic seaside getaway, this property prioritises comfort and practicality.

Whilst the sea may be a little cold for some in the winter months, the local area provides ample activities all year round, or simply relax at home in front of the fire after walks along the miles of spectacular North Cornwall coastline. Many local pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, including Nathan Outlaw's Michelin starred restaurant at the nearby St Enodoc Hotel, or take a short ferry trip across the Camel Estuary to sample the Rick Stein experience in the beautiful fishing village of Padstow! Great location, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for a family holiday.

The accommodation provided everything hoped for for a family holiday of ourselves, 3 adult sons and partners.

Very well located and close to excellent local shops for daily supplies. The bakery, butchers, deli and Spar shop were all excellent.

Ferry to Padstow is a good walk away and a very enjoyable day or evening out.

Fabulous local beaches and coastal walks.

The property is very well equipped with absolutely everything needed for catering for 8 people, including BBQ.

Beds very comfortable , lovely homely lounge to relax.

Could not rate the place highly enough, it was all just perfect.

Location, location, location.

This is a lovely bungalow well presented and equipped to a very good standard. The spacious gardens were a perfect and safe place for my two grandsons (4 + 8) to play. The main impression however is the location. Close to beaches, easy access to Padstow via ferry and short driving distance from other attractions. 100 yards or so to a high quality bakery and butchers and a few yards further to reasonably good supermarket (Spar). Everything you could ask for is immediately to hand. Location makes this bungalow that extra bit special.

Beautiful cottage with stunning garden

Beautiful well equipped and homely cottage . Perfect for a family stay . Location just right for local deli , bakery and shops and nice walk into Rock . Ideal for local beaches , for surfing crabbing and just lovely walks . Plenty to do in and and around the area . The cottage has plenty of equipment to enjoy family games in the garden .
