We are Robert & Vera Biggs, nearing retirement age.Our property was purchased 7 years ago for family holidays and decided to rent . As we enjoyed the location so much, by renting out our lovely townhouse we can hopefully share our experiences with others

It is a very good location for the young and old alike.

Its location is very well placed for shops restaurants and the beach plus a water park a stones throw away.

House was lovely and had all the need conveniences. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby park where they could play and ride their rental bikes. The location was also ideal great as it was truly within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend this property as it has everything needed to enjoy a lovely vacation. Ron Macauley. Very well equipped property on a well maintained complex, plenty of room for 5 of us. Wi-fi and lots of TV choice a bonus as we did have some rain which scuppered our plans on a few days! Another unexpected bonus was the well stocked chest of buckets and spades and toys for the pool. Only a few minutes walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and shops and restaurants, not too much further to walk to the beach and the Main Street. We also walked to the water park which took around 15 minutes. We decided not to hire a car as most things were in walking distance, however
It cost us over 40 euro each way in a taxi to and from the airport so we thought maybe we should have re-considered that to give us more freedom on the days when the weather wasn't good.
Town house was fantastic everything we needed and so much more. Beautifully kept complex and close walk to everything we needed
The property was well presented and comfortable, with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. Particularly liked the first floor balcony with large table and chairs to enjoy a drink or meal. Set in a lovely gated community, the nearby pool area was very clean and well maintained.
This is a very nice and clean house. Very good location, close to the supermarket to the city center and the beach. I highly recommend this is the perfect home for families with children. The resort itself clean and more importantly quiet.
We chose this accomodation for a family holiday with our elderly parents and daughter. What a find! The apartment was well maintainted, beautifically decorated and had everything there for a fantastic self catering holiday and more!
The owners Robert and Vera were more than helpfull as were the property management people Jim and Lesley with any enquiries.
I would definately advise to stay there if you want a really decent class accomodation that can also cater for elderly/ disabled people.
The townhouse is within 10 mins walking distance to the flagged beaches with numerous water sports.
30 mins from Puerto de Rosario airport. Taxis available from airport approx 60 + euros. Airport pick up can be arranged up to 4 €35.00 Car hire is not essential as within walking distance to most things.
Corralejo town is a 20 mins stroll. Local restaurants, bars and shops 2 mins outside complex.
There are plenty of taxis available at all times. Journeys to/from town are approx 4 euros. Market every Monday and Friday morning, 5 mins walk.

30% deposit on booking (non-refundable) booking confirmed on receipt. Balance due 8 weeks prior to visit. Also £200/265 euros breakage deposit to be paid along with balance. This is fully refundable and will be returned on post visit inventory check if there is no damage or missing inventory. Bookings can be made via email or telephone. All renters will be required to complete a booking form.
