We are Robert & Vera Biggs, nearing retirement age.Our property was purchased 7 years ago for family holidays and decided to rent . As we enjoyed the location so much, by renting out our lovely townhouse we can hopefully share our experiences with others

The Macauley family would like to thank you (Robert & Vera) and your lovely management team (Lesley & Jim) for making our summer vacation absolutely wonderful. House was lovely and had all the need conveniences. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby park where they could play and ride their rental bikes. The location was also ideal great as it was truly within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend this property as it has everything needed to enjoy a lovely vacation. Ron Macauley. Notes on accommodation: All guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack. Very spacious townhouse furnished to high standard. Fantastic location suitable for families/couples. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Key safe and room safe. No smoking in property or pets. Evidence of either will be considered as a breach of contract & the breakage deposit fore-fitted. WiFi from November 2013 at €20.00 per week.?? Outside: This amazing Arabic styled complex has 4 pools, 2 shallow for children plus 2 adult pools. Poolside showers with beautiful tended gardens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cotton bed linen and towels are provided per person on arrival. Beach towels supplied on request. Property cleaned prior to arrival. If linen changed midweek or a midterm clean is required this is an additional cost. Other: Large private roof terrace with sun loungers with good views of complex pools and gardens. Large table and chairs first floor balcony. Small BBQ ( please clean after use )

Perfect holiday in sunny El Sultan, Fuerteventura!

We all had a wonderful stay in just the most perfect townhouse, so well equipped with everything for the whole family. Very spacious and comfortable, two bathrooms and 2 sun lounge areas were a bonus. Close to a lovely clean, safe pool area, all 4 children learned to swim again! Near enough to the restaurants and town, a pleasant walk to the beaches and amazing sand dunes, would love to visit again soon.

Great apartment in excellent location

We were met Casa Biggs by Jim who showed us around the apartment & was on hand should we need anything. He also gave us directions for the best supermarket,shops, restaurants etc. The apartment is lovely & spacious,very comfortable. There are 4 terraces to choose from which was ideal as some of our group could sit in the sun or shade with a spare terrace to have lunch on. Well equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,large fridge freezer & microwave. TV & DVD player with large selection of films, there is also the option of English television with Sky etc but we had trouble viewing this as it is supplied through WIFI & the signal didn't seem strong enough to provide this. Casa Biggs is in a great location. About a 15 min walk to the nearest sandy beach,20 mins to the main street where you'll find shops, restaurants,bars and the Old Town & Harbour. Centro Comercial El Campanario is less than a 10min walk away and has a supermarket, shops and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & can't wait to go back.

brilliant

Beautiful house with everything and more than needed for a comfortable stay. We had 4 adults staying and there was plenty of room for more. There were shops and bars nearby and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away. We couldn't find anything to complain about it is great. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back very soon. An extra recommendation would be to hire a scooter we did for only €30 a day to explore the island and amazing countryside as the roads felt very safe and other road using were very courteous.

Lovely relaxing week spent in a splendid property. All the home comforts you could want and extremely comfortable. Excellent value for money. Would definitely rebook if visiting the island in future.

Well equipped and maintained townhouse with plenty of room

Very well equipped property on a well maintained complex, plenty of room for 5 of us. Wi-fi and lots of TV choice a bonus as we did have some rain which scuppered our plans on a few days! Another unexpected bonus was the well stocked chest of buckets and spades and toys for the pool. Only a few minutes walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and shops and restaurants, not too much further to walk to the beach and the Main Street. We also walked to the water park which took around 15 minutes. We decided not to hire a car as most things were in walking distance, however

It cost us over 40 euro each way in a taxi to and from the airport so we thought maybe we should have re-considered that to give us more freedom on the days when the weather wasn't good.

30 mins from Puerto de Rosario airport. Taxis available from airport approx 60 + euros. Airport pick up can be arranged up to 4 €35.00 Car hire is not essential as within walking distance to most things.

Distances:

Corralejo town is a 20 mins stroll. Local restaurants, bars and shops 2 mins outside complex.

Further Details:

There are plenty of taxis available at all times. Journeys to/from town are approx 4 euros. Market every Monday and Friday morning, 5 mins walk.
