Villa Lycia and Patara are ideal villas in which to relax, unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of this truly stunning region of Turkey. They are situated in their own private gardens with patios and a large swimming pool. The villas have the unique facility of a swimming platform to the sea giving a maximum opportunity for snorkeling and fishing. All 4 bedrooms have balcony views of the Mediterranean or the Taurus Mountains.
We first fell in love with Kas whilst on holiday there. Its magical charm and beauty made us want to come back again and again. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do every year. We especially love the views from the villas and the enchanting harbour town with its friendly people, fabulous restaurants and of course the beautiful turquoise coastline.......
I really enjoyed staying at the villa, it was really well equipped and the facilities were excellent. The walkway to the sea, the local restaurants and Kas were superb.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your gorgeous villa. We had a fabulous time, it really couldn't have been better. Thank you for arranging everything at such short notice; everything was very straight forward and easy. We would love to stay there again one day soon but then let's face it, who wouldn't.

We returned on Monday night from Turkey, and wanted you to know that we had the most wonderful holiday staying at Villa Lycia. The peace and solitude were extremely restorative! The view from the balcony of the master bedroom is stunning. We thought the house itself was beautiful and you have provided everything the holiday maker could possibly want. Both Villas are ideal for families or groups wishing peace and quiet but close to the buzz and activities for Kas or the interesting ancient sites located around this area of Turkey. Just as described, clean and cool with live in caretaker on site. I would not hesitate to recommend these lovely villas.
7 friends, a baby and I spent a really wonderful week at Villa Lycia & Villa Patara. The villas are gorgeous and the extensive welcome pack provides a wealth of information about trips, local restaurants and amenities. Amanda the coordinator made sure everything went smoothly and the transfers and car hire with her recommended company were great. We absolutely recommend a week at these beautiful villas!
Nearest beach is 10 mins away by car or local bus. There are 2 beaches in Kas - Little Pebble Beach and Big Pebble Beach and also 3 beaches a short water-taxi ride away. The famous golden sandy beach of Kaputas is a 20 minute drive towards Kalkan. Patara, the largest sandy beach in Europe extending to 18km is only 30 mins away by car or 45 mins by local bus.
Airport Transfers - Transfer costs are approximately £30 per person. This is based on a vehicle for 4 people and covers the journey from Dalaman or Antalya airport to Villa Lycia or Villa Patara and back to the airport. Car hire is very reasonable and again we can help arrange this for you. There is a car parking space available at the villas. A bus service stops just near to the villas regularly throughout the day and evening until midnight and takes approx 10 minutes to get into Kas.
There are a myriad of cultural trips including to the Sunken City of Kekova and Simena. For the adventurous, jeep safaris, scuba diving, paragliding, sea kayaking or trekking the Lycian Way. Saklikent Gorge is well worth a trip.
Surrounded on 3 sides by the Taurus Mountains, Kas overlooks the Greek island of Meis. Steeped in historical charm and breathtaking views it retains many of its old traditions. The most renowned remains of its ancient city are the Amphitheatre to the west and rock carved tombs to the north of the town. Modern day Kas offers excellent restaurants, terrace bars and tea gardens, pretty cobbled streets abundant with exclusive shops and craft centres. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks and internet cafes.
