Casa Havana is situated in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes drive to an exclusive safe, sandy beach, upmarket shops, restaurants and bars of Moraira and the vibrant Mediterranean Marina and Yacht club. The villa is set in a pine forest, which is a quiet area with views extending across the Moraira Valley to the mountains.

The area is suitable for walking/hiking. Information can be obtained from the local tourist office. Snorkelling and scuba diving is also very popular. Jet skis are available in the summer, and of course fishing and fishing trips are always very popular. There is a riding stables in the area for pleasure and tuition.
Casa Havana is positioned in the seaside resort of Moraira. 2500m to the beach and restaurants and 3500m to the village and shops. To enable clients to appreciate all the many attractions the Costa Blanca has to offer, car hire is recommended.
Based midway between Alicante and Valencia. Travel time from Alicante Airport 1 hour 10 mins and from Valencia Airport, 1 hour 30 mins.
Moraira, once a quaint old Spanish fishing village is now an upmarket conservation village with all amenities including many upmarket shops, bars and gourmet restaurants of all nationalities. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables. The area boasts 'the best all year round climate in Europe' according to the World Health Organisation and has 320 days of sunshine a year.
The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shopper’s paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables. Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal.
Terra Mitica, the well known theme park is based in Benidorm, 25 mins drive away, together with Aqualandia Water Park. Take a trip to the spectacular 12th century village of Guadalest for breathtaking views across the valley and River.
Walk to the summit of the Rock of Ifach (marvellous panorama), and visit the fish auctions and sample superb fish restaurants in Calpe.
Visit the natural caves in Benidoleig, near Jalon Valley
which are just bursting with history going back 100,000 years.
Visit the famous Church of La Mare de Deu del Consol with its picturesque blue dome in Altea.
