The property is located in the upmarket and centrally located La Residencie development. The USP of this property is that it is the only one available for rent that is on the select and elevated rear row - that is the only row with sea view - if you are considering booking on La Residencie, then the natural first choice is the only property with sea views from the elevated balcony on the prime sought after rear row.

The property has a large south facing 15sq.m private balcony off the lounge. This balcony is secluded for sun bathing and gets the sun most of the day.

The property thus enjoys panoramic 180 degree Ocean views from this centrally located house that can sleep 6 in the two bedrooms & three bed settees in the lounge. There is a great large balcony - large enough for two sunbeds and two chairs with small eating table - with great ocean views. The living room has its own dining area with table and chairs.

There is BBC1-4, ITV1-4, C4, 5, FILM 4 TV and Fast WiFi. There is also a Satellite TV system for European Guests that will offer television in a range of countries including German.

Modern kitchen with tall fridge freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood, and full size oven, kettle/ toaster/sandwich toastie, microwave, coffee perculator.

Located close to the 'Fuerte Commercial Centre' with bars/restaurants, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. This property is situated in the prime rear elevated row of the upmarket La Residencie development - the only property that is available for rent that enjoys uninterrupted ocean views.

This is the unique selling point of the prime rear row. A truly enjoyable view.

Why Dr Iain Cameron chose Pájara

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.

I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be.

It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Eurpope this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).

The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.

Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

What makes this apartment unique

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.

This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. The wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have ever heard of. I have loads of reviews and a long track record, as evidenced by c1514 - one of the original Owners Direct numbers.

Fuerteventura's temperate year round climate make air-con or heating largely redundant - it's not Turkey. There is constant airy breezes throughout the property. Beautiful apartment close to beach and shops

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, the apartment is pretty spacious and has a nice balcony, As we arrived Phil welcomed us and explained everything really well (He is a really nice guy). One thing we noticed right away was that the apartment was very clean and taken well care of. The apartment is well situated, it has everything you need close by and some very nice beaches that you could drive to within 5-10 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Tolle Aussicht

Schönes großes, sauberes Appartement mit wundervoller Aussicht bis zum Meer, sonniger großer Balkon. Ausgestattet mit dem, was man braucht. Sehr ordentliches Bad. Liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit überwiegend Einheimischen. Parkplätze vorm Haus vorhanden. Zum Gemeinschaftspool läuft man ca. 2 min. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely well located apartment with lovely views.

This was a lovely apartment. The location was very central for everything. We have mobility problems so we booked because of location and we were not disappointed. We were able to park our hire car at the front door with no problems. The apartment is itself is modern and spacious with a really large south facing balcony which has lovely views. We spent a lot of time here and found it a great feature and arguably the best feature of the apartment. Ian was very easy to deal with when booking and his property agent (Pete) was just so helpful and he presented the apartment in spotless condition. We found the wireless internet to be reliable and it was a god send to have the same TV channels as we have back in Leeds as we eat in at nights. There was everything you could need. We were very happy and feel we bagged a bargain with this apartment. We will come back and can strongly recommend.

It was our first time in the south of Fuerteventura and although not a British stronghold, we just loved how cosmopolitan it was and the beaches were just stunning and more

Great value flat right in the heart of Costa Calma

Loved the flat. Briliantt location right in the heart of town. We did not car hire. I have been so let down in the past by apartments that described themselves as Costa Calma but in truth were a godd couple of miles out of town. This was not the case here.

Further, the place was spotless and Phil the manager was brilliant to deal with at the property. The flat itself has a gorgeous large sun drenched balcony and the property is so close to the supermarket and cafes. The prIce was great and ticked my boxes of a cheap week abroad in a central location that was clean and tidy. The British TV was a bonus for the Olympics and the wifi was really fast and free to use. Great apartment

This was a return trip for us to Costa Calma and to this apartment after 8 years.

Very clean, lovely balcony to relax on with great views. Not far from the supermarkets, restaurants and local beaches. Local agent Phil very obliging.

Also no stairs to lug luggage up and down which is a great plus for me. Will return again soon.

Location. Location. Location.

This house is in a great location in Town. Please be aware that there are many many properties advertising themselves as Costa Calma but they are complexes built well out of town involving a long dark walk at night. Please check locations carefully when comparing different properties. I cannot stress this enough !

Windsurfing.

During July/August, Hundreds of wind surfers descend on Fuerteventura when the island is host to the World Wind Surfing championship held at Satavento Beach, approximately 4 kilometres from the apartment. This is a must for anyone visiting the island during this time.

Coast/Beach:

Costa Calma beach is approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is cleaned daily. There is plenty to do on the beach including sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling, wind surfing, hiring of jet skis. Further round the coast there are sailing schools and kite surfing schools. There are various beach bars and numerous sun beds and umbrellas for hire as well.

Travel:

The Islands airport is approx 50km from our apartment. We can arrange airport collection/delivery if required. Once in Costa Calma there should be everything you need and as such car hire is not essential. The next main town of Morro Jable is approx 15 mins drive/bus or taxi ride (approx 20 euros).

Distances to Attractions:

Airport - approx 50km. Oasis Park/Zoo - approx 10 mins in car.

Golf (Calete De Fuste) - approx 30-40 mins in car. Morro Jable (Jandia penisula beaches) - 15 mins in car. There is now a new golf course in Jandia, in my view, the best one on the island.

Further Details:

Costa Calma has a weekly Sunday Morning Market, which starts about 9am. There is a whole range of goods on offer to include anything from having a massage through to bags, watches, clothing and sun glasses - all original designer makes of course!

There are a variety of bars and restaurants throughout Costa Calma to be enjoyed.

There are two principle theme park attractions in Fuerteventura, the water park in Corrlaejo (to the north of the island) and the Oasis Park Zoo (near Costa Calma). The Oasis Park is only a short drive from the apartment and comprises of a Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Camel rides, parrot park, crocodile shows ! The Zoo features over 200 species including alligators, monkeys, giraffes, sea lions, zebras and birds etc.

This may seem strange but is normal practice in the South of the island.

We do not provide beach towels. We of course provide bath towels and hand towels for use inside the house.
There is a local Chinese shop that you can purchase two beach towels for 12 euros.

We do not include welcome pack but if you are arriving late; please ask and my agent can contract with you direct for this service.
