This 1st Floor Luxury Apartment with Shared Pool is Furnished with Quality and Comfort in Mind

Para Kalo is situated 10 minutes stroll away from the Deli's, Tavernas and Coffee shops Bars found among the winding hillside streets of Peyia village and yet less than 5 minutes drive from the exclusive Coral Bay resort. Here you can relax take pleasure in the clear water, sandy beaches, picturesque coves and a full complement of cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Para Kalo is a really spacious apartment which features a well organised lounge area where you are able to relax with music from the Hi-fi, watch TV or select a DVD from a small library of books situated in the vestible between the lounge bathroom and bedroom. The oak dining table and chairs defines the living space and dining the area from a very well equipped kitchen with all you need to Dine in, elegantly. The quality units house a washing machine, hob & oven, fridge freezer as well as microwave,kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.

Patio doors from the lounge take you on to a balcony where you can enjoy fabulous sea views whilst having breakfast or taking in the sunset on the loungers in the evening. The Patio is also accessible from the bedroom which adds to the feeling of spaciousness and also makes it particularly good when guests are sleeping on one of the contemporary sofa beds in the lounge (both doubles and exceptionally comfortable)

The apartment has Air conditioning (both hot & Cold output) and Wifi, so you can stay in touch.

The bedroom has storage, towels and bedding in abundance and houses a really comfortable double bed where you can just see the views and patio sunsets. The bathroom is across the adjoining vestible, a perfect size and includes a full size bath and shower (combined).

The shared pool though small in comparison to those on larger complexes is more private and just below the apartment, so perfect for your morning dip, and afternoon snooze on the loungers.

Why Maxine chose Coral Bay Area

Another passion throughout life has been travel which has taken me and my family to a number of countries over the years. I was initially attracted to Cyprus as a novice investor looking to bolster my self employed pension this did not turn out as planned but I fell in love with the culture and history, the diversity of the landscape from the Troodos mountains to the costal coves and fishing villages and the unique villages in between. Not to mention the vitality hospitality and lifestyle of the people. My ventures as a property investor didn't really manifest in the way I had thought but the venture is what got me to be in Cyprus and the real gift is my fabulous retreat in Peyia

What makes this apartment unique

Para Kalo means thank you! Chosen because I like the sound of it but also because I am really thankful to have this place and to share it with people who will appreciate what it offers and that is what has happened. It is a real retreat a place to relax replenish and restore yourself/selves. To eat well, sleep well and be yourself. The location is central to everything, a base from which you can explore all this region has to offer and beyond.

Special interest holidays:

There is something for everyone: Sea sun sand water sports and nightlife are a feature of the exclusive Coral Bay Beach Resort, where you can also pick up a whole range of exciting day trips. You can discover the history of Cyprus in the mountain villages, the many monasteries, the fascinating archaeological sites or by taking part in the many local festivals. The relaxing tours of wineries in the region are also quite an attraction. Peyia sits on the edge of the national park, and a stones throw away from our local stables. Its a location central to all the region has to offer.

Coast/Beach:

Less than 5 mins drive to 2 exquisite Coral Bay beach the best on the western coast (blue flag standard) 10 mins drive will take you to Peyia's Sea Caves on route to the unspoilt and deserted Akamas coastline and fishing villages leading ultimately to Lara beach/Turtle Bay. 15 mins drive in the opposite direction takes you to the bustling Kato Paphos beach/harbour and its many restuarants bars and exclusive shops.

Travel:

Paphos airport is an approx 30 minute drive and Larnaca airport is a 90 minute drive. Car hire and transfer information available on request.

Distances:

Car hire is highly recommended to get the most out of what Cyprus has to offer. Kato Paphos town and market 20 mins. Paphos Water park 30 mins. Go-Karting 10 min. Akamas Peninsular approx 30 mins. The port of Limassol is a 50 min drive; Shipping lines provide mini-cruises to the Holy Land, Egypt, Greece and a number of the Greek Islands.

Airport transfers from Paphos airport 35 euros one way, 60 euros return (max 4 people), payable locally. Mid term clean and change of bedlinen, towels incurs a charge of £10 per person. Welcome grocery pack is available on request, payable locally.

The rental of another apartment in the same complex can be arranged (subject to availability) for additional guests. Portable cot and high chair can also be arranged. Outside: Para Kalo is part of a small complex which offers a communal pool, with outside shower facilities and a designated parking area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A plentiful supply of towels and bed linen is always available. A full clean and linen change takes place prior to and after each guest. A mid-stay clean is offered on request (though included with a 14 day stay). There is also a washing machine. Other: The patio, equipped with sunloungers and patio furniture, is the place to enjoy the coastline views and fabulous sunsets, which fall directly into the apartment. The balcony is also the only smoking area in the apartment.

No words!!

We are still in shock...inside the apartment was clean and well furnished...but the complex itself shocking and empty including the pool...no words!!

Owner's Response: I was forced to raise a complaint about this couple after it was discovered that they had managed to shatter the raw iron balcony balustrade in several placed. I believe they attempted to move but dropped (perhaps accidently) our very heavy sun lounges on top of balustrade which is the only explanation we could find. But the disturbing thing about this was that they didn't notify us of the potentially dangerous condition of the balustrade, instead it appeared, their primary concern was getting their security deposit returned, which is all they spoke about believing were trying 'to get more money out of them' as if this was our key concern completely missing the point. It had been the Guests that followed them who discovered the breaks balcony, as when they arrived, like many guests, they went out on the balcony to admire the view. We dreaded to think of the possible outcomes of anyone leaning on or near these breaks in the balcony as there was a real possibility that someone could have fallen through, particularly because this couple sought to disguise the splits in the iron work, instead of drawing peoples attention to it. So all concerned in the end felt extremely lucky but no thanks to them. However the response from this couple when asked about it was abusive language, arrogant and discriminatory reactive attitude. They appeared unable to admit they were responsible ( admit liability) though it became more and more obvious it was them. Further the could not understand that our concern was not the £100.00 security deposit which had already been returned to them anyway but the safety of the Guests that followed them, the people who look after the apartment, in fact anyone who could have been at risk of falling. Their review says it all really, particularly if you care to compared it to other reviews.

Lovely quiet apartment, easy to find and well located for exploring the West side of the island, a short journey to Coral beach and at evenings we would recommend Kikos bar for it's lively and varied entertainment. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and it was clean and tidy on arrival. The air conditioning was a much needed facility if just to cool the rooms down for a comfortable nights sleep.

Lovely village apartment

The apartment was home from home. All you needed. Very comfortable and very clean. It's a little out of the way so I would recommend a car as the bus is only hourly. There are two bars that do good food and plenty of shops nearby. Unfortunately the pool is out of action at the moment which I did miss, but this was only really because my husband was not well for a couple of days so I would have just swam and sunned myself if it had been ok. All in all I would highly recommend. Ideal for a peaceful holiday for 2 in the sun. I have given it 4 stars but would have been 5 if the pool had been up and running.

Large clean apartment

Nice large apartment . Very clean. Pleasesnt 10 minute walk into the village of Peyia where there are a few bars restaurants and everyday amenities . Nice views from the balcony over coral bay
