It is situated only 2 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops and only 3 minutes to the beautiful beach of Son Parc. Son Parc golf course surrounds the immediate area with the club house a mere 5 minutes away. Close to the villa is a greenbelt pine forest with lovely country walks. Inside you have a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD and HiFi. Outside you have a lovely private pool, fenced off for safety for the children. Tranquil gardens and a covered BBQ area. Games for children outside in the garden, and summer toys. For make great the holidays of your childrens.

Outside: The pool is totally private and measures 12x4m. It situated in a fenced off area, safe for children. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn and are very private with lots of mature hedging and plants. The gardens are very tranquil. There is a patio area for sunbathing with 4 sunbeds. There are 2 outside tables with parasols for your alfresco dining. On the front terrace we have an additional table and chairs to watch the world go by. We have a covered BBQ with outside food preparation space. Children games for the garden making a great holidays to you childrens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We have a full management service to include cleaning and a laundry service. Linen is changed weekly. The villa is cleaned for your arrival with an interim clean weekly. Other: BBQ area where you can seat to eat. Have access from the kitchen to the terrace of the swimming pool. separate by gates.

In the next resort of Port D'Addaia (10 mins) you have a scuba diving centre offering try dives through to PADI courses. The Villa is provide of a lot of brochure with all the best to visit in Menorca.


The beach at Son Parc is 5 mins away. It is dune-like with soft golden sand and is safe for young children. It has amenities to include a bar, restaurant, pedaloes, red cross, toilets etc. You can go walking from the Villa, do not need car to go to the beach.


Mahon airport is 20 mins drive. Car hire is necessary to appreciate the beauty of the area. We can help book if necessary as we have good deals with local companies.


Mahon Centre and famous port is 15 mins away. Resorts of Arenal D'en Castell and Port D'Addaia are 10 mins away. Fornells fishing village famous for its restaurants is 10 mins away. From the Villa you can go walking to the Restaurants, Pubs, Doctor, Supermarket, Central Shopping, takes only 5m walking.
