About Brigitte Motte

We live here for 6 years now. We have been photographers for 30 years during which we traveled a lot. We fell in love with the area, and we looked for a nice property to live and welcome people who want to discover the heart of France and sometimes want to talk about travel and pictures!

Brigitte Motte purchased this house in 2009

Why Brigitte Motte chose Indre-et-Loire

We choosed this place because we wanted a quiet place in the countryside, but close to all major tourist attractions of this beautiful region of Touraine, and easily accessible by road, highway, air or rail. When relaxing in the orchard or the pool deck, no one would believe to be at 5 minutes of restaurants and shops! There are so many places to discover around the choices are not always easy!

What makes this house unique

The view over the valley and the magical sunsets, space, tranquility, the absence of overlooked, the proximity of the forest and the river, pool, sun all day, all assets for take your time looking at (often) red squirrels through the orchard. For those who prefer active holidays, many sports are all next to the property: tennis, horse riding, kayaking, golf, fishing, ultralight, quad, enough to satisfy the most demanding.

Guestbook comments from the manager

We all had a fantastic holiday at La Grange - the house was great with everything we could possibly need, and the kids just loved the garden and the pool. The countryside was such a peaceful change from London life and there was so much for the kids to see and do in the surrounding area. A big thank you to you and Brigitte for making us feel so welcome and for all the tractor rides!! We hope to come back and stay again soon.

Kind regards

Catriona & John (Grange, Sept 2010)

Our week in the Grange was truly lovely. We enjoyed a wonderful week with our family enjoying your excellent facilities.

The Grange was perfect for what we wanted, especially with the sociable spacious living area and outdoor facilities. Both yourself and Bridget made us feel completely welcome and feel like friends rather than just guests, which

made it very special for us.

The pool and garden are beautiful and a credit to all of your hard work.I hope the rest of the summer is successful for you and would
