This lovely light east facing apartment on the top floor of a gated complex with garage, pool and concierge, has a fantastic sea view overlooking the coastal towns of Beaulieu, Cap D'ail and right the way to Monaco and Menton.
The flat is well furnished and the 3 bedrooms plus convertible sofa in the lounge or pull-out beds in the mezzanine can accommodate up to 8 people. The open plan American kitchen overlooks the sitting room which leads out on to a lovely terrace. Two of the bedrooms also lead on the terrace which runs along the front of the apartment. Bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom and opposite bedroom 2 is a separate shower room and WC. Bedroom 3 is in the mezzanine which has an en suite WC.
The complex has a private pool and the situation of the property is ideal for a leisurely walk in to the village, shops, port, beaches and restaurants, which are all within a few minutes walking distance.
St Jean Cap Ferrat is a quiet, well secured location, quite unique on the Riviera. The village has invested in camera surveillance and there is a good feeling of security.
The apartment complex is not huge, is very well located, has a garage for cars and is unique in that it has a good sized pool. A full-time 'guardian' lives on site and the complex is well managed with well-enforced quiet times.
The apartment: This 3 bedroom apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the heart of the village, close to local shops, restaurants, the lovely beaches and fantastic walks around the Cap and to nearby villages. Its fabulous location, in a secured environment makes for a very relaxing holiday, in a superb environment. It has fantastic sea views, overlooking the coastal areas to the east of Nice. The location is just perfect and the flat can sleep up to 8 people.
As the apartment is on the top floor the ceilings are high, giving a light and airy feel. The Mezzanine is air-condisioned and there are ceiling fans in the other rooms.
The environment: Close to beautiful villages such as Villefranche, Beaulieu, easy access to bus and train services, beautiful walks, local commodities within walking distance. The village itself has many wonderful sites to visit.
There is garage parking for 1 car in the basement.
We have a family of 4 children ages 15-7 and we always enjoy trips to our apartment. Summer is the obvious time but sometimes we come down at Christmas, Easter and October 1/2 term. February 1/2 term is also wonderful, with skiing just 1 1/2 hours away in Auron and other resorts.

It has ample space for the family, the village location is great, and having a pool in the middle of St Jean is quite rare. We have spend many weeks there without a car, walking everywhere or heading into Nice by bus. There are so many beaches and restaurants and shops nearby that you never need to leave St Jean. We actually 'discovered' St Jean by boat many years ago and we still have a boat in the port, and this is also available for rental for our guests.
The location and views are second to none, there is lots of space for a village property, and having a pool is quite unique.
This is our second year in a row staying to this beautiful apartment for two weeks, and each stay has been wonderful. The proximity to the village, the clean pool and apartment building, and what a view! We hope to return again next year.
We stayed two weeks in this great appartement with an amazing view. Very well located and the care taker is very helpful. We are already thinking of going back next year!
