This stunning 175m2 Majorcan finca has a unique location on the coast between Soller and Deia. The gorgeous frontal sea view, which you can enjoy from several terraces, is rarely found. This and the semi-private access to the sea makes this finca a jewel. In the house itself there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of course there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining area. The main terrace offers an additional outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The entrance to the finca is via a narrow road, which is why we recommend to rent a small car. There are two private parking spaces on the property. In about 15 minutes you reach the beach of Port de Soller or the dreamlike place; Deia. In another 10 you can be in Valldemossa or Fornalutx. In this finca you will experience unforgettable sunsets in an absolutely quiet and dreamy location. The perfect place to relax.

Both Deià and Soller are only 5km away. Alconasser is a small cala right below the Bens D´Avall urbanisation and it is one of the most beautiful spots along the whole northwest coast. Ideal for those who are looking for a hidden place away from people, noise and civilisation only 15 minutes away from it. No doubt this is a paradise on earth.

There is a small completely natural cala (rocky) just one minute away from the house although keep in mind that its natural nature might make access a bit difficult sometimes. Cala Deià (rocky) is at only 4km and Port de Sóller is 7km away (sand beach).

40 minutes away from Palma's airport.

15 minutes drive from Sóller and around the same to Deià.

Notes:
Big wooden dining table outdoors next to the BBQ. Chairs and sunbeds available. Small above-ground swimming pool for kids to have fun. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning charge per week. We send somebody to clean the house every 7 nights. The third bedroom is on a small separate building (about 10 meters away). An outside bathroom is close to it. The property suitable for children but the rocky area at the beach next to it may not be as this natural area changes every year. The property water is supplied from an underground stream. All windows have removable mosquito nets installed.

Paradise in Paradise

In every way this place is exactly as described. It is a place for quiet and privacy on a remote, slightly difficult to get to, private road. There is a rocky private cove and the views are as pictured and even more. The Villa is located between Soller and Deia on one of the most beautiful drives I've ever seen. I preferred the private cliff like beach of Calle Deia but the sand beach of Porte de Soller was a great visit also. I could have just sat in our private cove every day and been very happy ! Both Soller (different than the port) and Deia have amazing places to eat. If you go to a cafe in Deia near the end of the town playing classic rock and blues loudly with a front patio, Manny is the owner - tell him Laura and Mikala say HI!

For hikers - the trail along the coast which is quite beautiful runs right through the private road to Deia and the other direction to the port of Soller, so its an incredible addition to staying here. There is also Kyak rentals , hiking and rock climbing instruction in town.

The Villa itself is beautiful with all the essentials. It is not over the top - very modest in decor, modest beds. What's nice is that all bedrooms have beautiful views even though the upstairs master suite has the most room and light. As there is no wifi and limited service I would suggest downloading movies ahead of time, books, games and music if you plan to stay in. You will need to shop for essentials when you arrive so its best to plan ahead and do that before you get to the villa. There are markets in the town of Soller before you get to the Villa and in Deia past the Villa.

The kitchen has all the tools you will need for a great meal and the outside cooking is such a great , fun plus. We used the plunge pool just the last day when the seas were too rough to go in and it was a pleasure, especially with a Cava in hand :)

Overall this place, the water, the view is truly magical. A very special memory. I would have stayed longer if I could. We will definitely be back.

Magical!

I am so glad we found this property, it really is a gem. The house is very well equipped and extremely clean but those views! The pictures almost don't do it justice; to be able to sit every evening and watch the sunset over the sea is a real joy and something we will never forget. The owner guided us into the property which is essential as the lane down to the property is very narrow and not for the faint hearted! However, it is so worth it and there is a much easier place to park on an adjacent road which he will point out to you. Swimming in the cove is wonderful; if you prefer a sandy beach then Port de Soller has a great one which wasn't too crowded. The surrounding towns are well worth a visit in this beautiful area - Deia, Soller, Valdemossa and Fornalutx all have their own styles and charms and they all have a good selection of restaurants. For a gourmet experience, the restaurant within walking distance of the property is fabulous - the food, staff and location at the Ben D'Avall all excellent - not the cheapest but worth it as a treat.

We really hope to return to this property one day - it is so special.

Just perfect hollidays

If you like privacy and silent hollidays, this finca or holliday house is ideal for your summer. Being set up in the idyliic separate position, but still near Soller with many opportunuties ( try restaurant Can´ Pintchos ) you will have good starting point for many trips along beautiful Ma10 road ( Es Guix Lluc, Formentera Cala Figuera, Orient . We were happy to decide for this house, the evenings with sunsets were unforgetttable. The access to the sea is very close, you can find some hours ( ideally in the morning till 9,OO ) when you can enjoy the crystal water of the sea just for yourselves.

Stunning, peaceful, amazing sunsets, well equiped

A delightful peaceful escape. If you like to enjoy the sun, to take a walk on the coastal cliff top paths, explore the cove or drop into Deia or Soller for the beach or one of the many restaurants, then this place is perfect.

If the sea is still, it often is, then swimming in the virtually private bay is a must.

Lots of space, and a home from home feeling with everything you could want including a log burning pizza oven on the terrace!

The road down to the finca/cottage is pretty narrow so don't get a car bigger than a Golf/Focus. Some open stairs so perhaps not best for all kids.

Beatiful house!!!

We had an amazing stay in Miguel's house!

We can absolutely recommend it (but not with small children, due to the Location on the hill). Nice place also to swim and sun bath down on the beach (rocks), but absolutely private and quite with wild goats observing you sometimes and beautiful views into nature.

However, better park on the restaurant's parking place and walk the last few meters ;-)

Well equiped kitchen, beautiful terrace.

Also the host is very kind and speaks perfect english.

Incredible view.

The location of the house is great with spectacular views from the terrace and bedrooms. If the sea is calm you can go bathing directly at the small bay down the road (50 mtrs).

The house is located down at the bottom of a steep coastline with a narrow winding road down to the house. If you want to park directly at the house you need a car that is not bigger than a VW Golf. We rented a Zafira and parked it on a parallel road which is a lot wider and easier to drive than the direct road to the house and from there it is only a 2 minute walk to the house. We had a very good time and would love to go back some day.
