A beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa situated on Camposol 'D' sector in a peaceful location with countryside views. Located only 5 min drive to the local shops, hypermarket, bars and restaurants. It has private walled gardens where you can take a dip in the pool, or relax in the spa or alternatively enjoy a long cool drink on the terrace to escape the heat of the mid day sun and admire the magnificent views. In the gardens there are exotic palms, orange tree flowers and shrubs. Camposol has its own 18 hole golf course, club house and driving range only 3 mins away by car. Next to the club is a 4* luxury hotel and spa resort with conference facilities due to open soon, offering even more amenities.
We have only just started renting our villa, our guests so far really enjoyed the spa and the pool, one family have requested to return next year.
We had a fantastic holiday in campasol.Alf the owner was a pleasure to deal with , and answered any queries , the villa was large and roomy and had all we needed and more to enjoy our stay , the hot tub was an added bonus and enjoyed by all . Would definitely recommend .
We spent two weeks at the villa in August this year. The villa is very clean and tidy and spacious, has all the home comforts you need. The outside area is large and well maintained the pool is superb there were 8 people in our party and it was plenty big enough, also enjoyed many a night under the stars in the hot tub. The owner of this villa is very helpful and easy to deal with......Highly recommend to anyone!!!
This villa is ideal if you want to get away form the mainstream busy-ness of this popular holiday destination. The villa itself is generally lovely, with flexible four bedroom, four bathroom accommodation, reasonable kitchen and fabulous outside facilities - great pool safe for kids and welcome spa. Location is also great - close enough to all the shops you need, some restaurants (albeit some not too great - but the more authentic venues are lovely) and close enough to several beaches that have all the facilities you need - but seem to have escaped being inundated by tourists!
Finally there is culture and history available within an easy drive.

Mazarron is not only sea, but also air - you can go hang-gliding and enjoy some unique views or climb the jagged mountain peaks, where you can see beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches. Follow paths on foot, bicycle or on horseback through ever changing scenery. If you like adventure sports and being close to nature, you are in the right place. Sierra Espuna - to the north of Mazarron through Totana or Alhama, you will find this beautiful national park. The views are spectacular and along the journey you will find a few small bars and restaurants serving good quality priced food. There are a number of walks signposted and if you are lucky, you will see wild boar and red squirrels. Puerto Mazarron has superb sandy beaches, secluded coves and a marina. It's also one of the most important centres for marine and sub-aquatic activities in Spain. Sailing/diving can be undertaken at any time of year and the clear waters and rich flora and fauna offer diving enthusiasts some highly interesting depths.
Four lovely beaches, including Puerto de Mazarron, are within 15km (15-20 mins) drive, all these beaches are European 'Blue Flag' and have lovely walks, secluded coves, rugged coastline and miles upon miles of rich golden sand. Approx 125km of sandy coastline, so there's plenty to explore! For the more adventurous of you there is a 'Naturist' beach at Bolneuvo. The beautiful beaches of Aguilas are definitely worth a visit, this is about 50 mins away heading towards Almeria.
Fly to San Javier (Murcia) airport only 50 mins away. Fly to Alicante 1hr 15 mins away. Both airports are covered by the main cheap airlines such as Jet2, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Easyjet, Monarch, FlyBe etc. Please contact for car hire companies.
10 mins drive Mazarron. 15 mins drive Puerto Mazarron. 20 mins drive Totana. 40 mins drive Lorca, with its castle on the hill, beautiful architecture and fabulous fiestas. 40 mins drive Cartagena, the ancient coastal Roman city with lively port, lots of restaurants and spectacular 'Old City' with narrated tours. 50 mins drive Aguilas, dating back to Greek/Roman and Moors times, visit the castle, beautiful harbour and 'Levante and Poniente' beaches.You may like to travel to Benidorm - 75 min.
There are all the amenities you require on Camposol - several banks and cash machines, hypermarket, small supermarket, internet cafe's, boutique, a ferretaria (hardware store) which I will defy anybody not to find anything related to the home in there, it's the proverbial 'Aladdin's Cave'. There's a bodega for those all important little essentials like wines, spirits, beers etc, which is very well priced and as cheap as the large supermarkets. Opticians, dentist and medical facilities. For those of you not wishing to hire a car there is plenty to do on just Camposol itself. If golf is not your thing, you can just relax by the pool enjoying the fabulous climate or during the day go horse riding at the stables on site. Alternatively take a leisurely walk admiring the wonderful scenery, then after an invigorating shower, when you are all dressed up and ready for the night ahead go and eat in one of the several restaurants offering, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Indian or English cuisine. Visit one of the many bars, most have some form of entertainment in the evenings. Go bowling, have a game of snooker, it's all there!

We adopt a strict 'non-smoking' policy inside the villa, however you may smoke outside and ash trays are provided. There is a £150 per week booking fee required to secure the villa and the balance + a breakage deposit of £100 to be paid 6 weeks prior to occupation. The breakage deposit of £100 will be returned in full on your return provided nothing has been broken.
We are flexible on arrival and changeover days, however on the final day of your holiday we kindly request that you vacate the property by 10.00am. On certain occasions it may be possible to extend this deadline to 20.00 hours for a fee of £40.
