Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, WiFi equipped apartment will sleep six and is fully equipped for a home from home holiday. The apartment itself is located in a small development with a communal swimming pool, lift for those heavy suitcases and allocated parking with disabled space if needed. Being situated in the historic town of Paralimni on the South East coast of Cyprus it boasts stunning coastal views with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing time within short walking or driving distance . Although in the quieter outskirts of the town, Paralimni town centre is only a few minutes walk and offers superb local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, playgrounds and exceptional bakeries to name but a few.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is ideal for families and children. Fully air conditioned thoughout and is ideal for summer or winter lets. Also for longer stay winter lets as air con can be used for heat, plus oil filled radiator is supplied if required. Lift connects to front door of apartment, so those less able bodied have access to apartment without using the stairs. The apartment has satellite TV in the lounge and also in both bedrooms. Hairdryer. Outside: Communal pool with inside and outside showers, separate toilets, communal roof terrace and barbecue. Balcony with table and chairs for 6, parasol and sun loungers. Washing line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included, and the apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. Other: Large balcony with table and 6 chairs and parasol. Coast/Beach:

Closest beaches (Firemans) at Kapperis are less than 3 mins drive away, Protaras beaches (Fig Tree Bay) is 5 mins drive, and Ayia Napa is 7 mins drive away.

Travel:

The nearest airport is at Larnaca, approx 35 miles away. Its a motorway all way, takes approx 40 mins. Car hire is not essential but recommended to get the full experience of Cyprus.

Further Details:

Large local supermarket just around the corner. Banks can be found a 7 minute walk to Paralimni's main local shopping street (1st April Street). Post office. Paralimni town square with a beautiful church, lots of boutiques, restaurants and M&S.

Seaside resorts of Kapparis, Protaras, Aya Napa all offer tourist restaurants, bars, clubs and souvenir shops.

To taste the authentic Cyprus meze try a trip into the local villages nearby where a warm welcome will greet you (don't worry they nearly all speak English).

There are 2 waterparks nearby. 1 in Pernera and a much larger one in Aya Napa.

Crazy golf and clay pigeon shooting can be found locally as well.

A trip to the old city of Nicosia, the last divided city is well worth a visit. Take your passport and cross to the northern side on foot for a fascinating day after you have viewed the whole city both sides from Ermes Observatory in Ledra street.

The prices quoted are inclusive of air conditioning, heating, linen and towels, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A fully refundable security deposit of £100 is required with final payment. Payment can be made by bank transfer. A welcome pack of groceries containing milk, bread, tea, coffee and butter can be arranged for your arrival at a small charge. Transfers to and from Larnaca airport can be arranged.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, including air-conditioning, gas, water and electricity. 5% discount for 3 weeks or more rental. Long term holiday lets (4 weeks and over) are negotiable.
