About Wendy Rigby
We live in the UK have three grown up children. We started to visit Yalikavak ten years ago as a friend had a villa and invited us to go. We fell in love with the property and visited twice a year until we decided to purchase. We spent along time looking for the perfect property in a location that was within walking distance to the village. Originally we only purchased for ourselves and not to rent but with limited holidays from work we decided to rent, as its a shame not to share such a wonderful experience. The feed back from our visitors and friends has all been excellent, with repeat visitors.
Wendy Rigby purchased this Villa in 2007

spacious, modern, exactly as shown in pictures
Property was extremely well equipped, especially kitchen. It was beautifully decorated, very homely. Bedrooms were very spacious with a lovely terrace off the main bedroom. Gorgeous well furnished roof terrace, ideal if it gets to hot as there is usually a nice breeze up there. Numerous outdoor spaces to sit/eat or sunbathe. The pool area was lovely. The site was extremely peaceful and very well kept with lots of beautiful plants, flowers and fruit trees. There was a man who seemed to be there full time maintaining the grounds also a security man most evenings. Facilities very close by, supermarket/bakers and takeaways supplying everything you could need. Yalikavak is more authentic than some other Turkish resorts I have visited which I really liked but other resorts are very easily accessed if you fancy a change of scenery. Overall a very relaxing holiday in a villa obviously loved by its owners.
Thank you much appreciated.
