The Holiday House Podere Monti Holiday is a beautiful farmhouse that dominates one of the most beautiful setting that nature can offer: the Tuscan countryside. Our farm is located in the heart of the Siena countryside, just 1 km from Casole d'Elsa and near Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Chianti. A perfect place to visit some of the main attractions of Tuscany.

The apartment Ciliegio is very spacious ( 90 sq.m) and entirely renovated yet maintained the typical style of an ancient, Tuscan farmstead. The outdoor area is composed of garden with table to eat outdoors, BBQ and garden forniture. From the terrace of the swimming pool you can enjoy a spectacular view over the Tuscan hills and San Gimignano.The apartment is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with period furniture and sofas, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. It can be equipped with a baby cot and with a 3rd single standard bed for an extra adult ( maximum 5 adults). Wi fi connection on all outdoor areas. The farmhouse Casa Podere Monti is located just 1 km from the medieval village of Casole d'Elsa, reachable in 10 minutes by walking via a scenic route with lights. It recently won the orange flag of the European Union for the beauty of the landscape. Casole d'Elsa is a small medieval village located 420 m above sea level at the top of the hill. Well ventilated, it has a dry climate and pleasantly temperate. The heart of Casole is the "piazza Lucchetti", the small central square with its historic buildings dating from the Middle Ages, with narrow streets and small shops where you can buy typical products of the region or taste the delicious specialities in the restaurants on the small streets of the center... A characteristic of this small town is certainly the warmth and kindness of people who still live according to the old traditions and rhythms of life without pollution or stress.

I'm Federica and Podere Monti is my home and my passion. I live here with my family and always we are dedicated to our house and a rural hospitality service always more complete.

Here you can feel love and passion because hosting is not just a job, but a vocation.

Podere Monti is a farmhouse that dates back 1600 and it has been completely renovated in the last 25 years. It took a lot of effort and sacrifice but now we are here and we want to share it with you.

The property consists of the main house where there are 3 spacious and well furnished apartments, always retaining the typical Tuscan style of the old buildings.

Not far from the main house there are 3 cottages , even those obtained from the renovation of the original buildings of the 1600s and a few meters on there is the swimming pool with the panoramic view over the hills.

We are always available for the guests throughout their stay and if you like it will not not lack tips to visit the big cities and the small towns of our region ... without forget some gastronomic visit, because you know.. in Tuscany , good food is not a problem!

Let yourselves be enthralled by the beauty of the area, from the goodness of food and the warm Tuscan hospitality.

Notes on accommodation: The units are separeted and located in different side of the house. Each unit has a private entrance. The pool is located 20 meters from the house and it is equipped with several large parasols,deck chairs shower and big solarium with green carpets on 2 sides. Outside: The environment surrounding the holiday homes includes woodland owned by the proprietors that enables comfortable, relaxing and quiet walks. The outdoor area is composed of garden with tables, a splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from where you can enjoy a spectacular view over the hills. The garden is surrounded by hedges of laurel, bay leaf, cypresses and secular oaks. Beyond the swimming pool area there are 6 hectares of fields and a woodland. The Owners lives near the apartment and reachble 24 h / 24 h.
