Villa in Peyia, Coral Bay, Cyprus - Peaceful Cul-de-Sac Location, 5 Mins to Famous Coral Bay Blue Flag Beach and Amenities
We are a family of 4 who have bought this villa for our own enjoyment and holidays as we love the island so much and how family friendly everyone is. Because we are not able to stay as much as we would love to we rent out our villa for others to enjoy the idyllic island of Cyprus. As our children have grown up with the villa it is very family and child firendly such as stair gates at top and bottom of stairs. We like to think peole who stay feel it is their villa and tried to have everything available we would want as a family when staying.

Great communication lots of information, Lovely well kept villa in a quiet location some bars within walking distance would recommend a car to explore further, very peaceful and relaxing holiday
Another brilliant holiday
Its our 3rd time to stop in villa, and we can not recommend it enough. Its lovely and clean and has everything u need for the perfect holiday. The welcome pack comes in very handy, especially with a late night flight like ours. The villa has just recently been decorated which looks fantastic and makes it looks much more spacious.
The villa is in a great quiet location, its only a short walk to local bars , harris bar breakfast is excellent value for money and a great place to have a drink and let the kids splash in pool which is at the back of bar/restaurant.
Peyia is a lovely village and its only a 15 min walk on the back road upto centre, where there are even more bars and local cheap taverns serving good food and a mini supermarket and also a little market on a Sunday, and then enjoy a short walk back down the main road. ( it does look quite far but i was shocked how quick the walk was)
Coral bay is only a short drive with plenty of bars restaurants, supermarkets and nice beaches. The kids loved go karting and the zoo also jeep safari is a good family day out, orino by the sea is also a lovely place to go have a drink and the food is great too and has outstanding views and the shipwreck.
Mike is very helpfull through the booking process and during our stay too. Phil and Denise do a fantadtic job with the upkeep of the villa. Once again thanks for sharing your villa with us, we cant wait to return next year.
Villa Madelise certainly lived up to the excellent reviews we had read about it before we arrived.
The standard of accommodation was outstanding, the villa had been recently redecorated to a very high standard and it felt like a luxurious home from home.
We really appreciated the little touches like the beach towels, beach mats, water cooler, welcome pack and napkins, all details which made life so much easier.
The information provided about the villa before we went, and the information details provided at the villa, were also extremely helpful.
Knowing the pool was checked twice weekly and we had local contacts was really helpful, and when we did need to contact Denise and Phil we received a very prompt and helpful response.
We would recommend the local eateries, particularly the Wood and Good which was superb quality and where the staff were very welcoming.
Good days out with teenagers included Paphos water park, Paphos zoo and of course the archaeological sites of Paphos itself.
We found Philipos supermarket a great place to stock up, but Lidl on the road to Paphos is worth the journey if you are keen to save some money on a big grocery shop.
Overall, we could not fault the villa and would be more than keen to plan a return visit.
A definite 10/10 and a great holiday base.
Thanks to Mike & family for sharing this beautiful villa.
Amazing Villa Home from Home
The Villa was amazing much more than we expected. It felt like home from home and the owners had thought of everything you would need whilst on holiday. The Welcome pack was really great as we arrived late. Mike the owner was very helpful and informative. Denise and Phil were really helpful whilst we were over there. It was a lot larger than we thought and is very clean and felt really homely, The pool was just the right size and had inflatables there for us to use which was great. It is in a quiet location which was great and only a 10 minute walk to the local bars, shop and bakery. It is only a 5 minute drive to the main village of peyia with some lovely restaurants. Our favourite was The Grande which had a great atmosphere and great food and the staff were lovely. We will return again
2 week stay July 2019
Wow! This is a fantastic villa and we had the most amazing family holiday. Mike was very responsive to messages and queries and made us feel welcome before we had even arrived. The welcome package of milk, bread, butter and wine was a lovely gesture.
The villa has recently been thoroughly redecorated throughout and they have done an outstanding job. Photos are very realistic and not dated at all. The villa has ample space and is excellently well equipped.
Check in and key collection went very smoothly.
The villa is nicely situated in a quiet area with a fantastically clean pool with beautiful views from the balconies. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance with others a short drive away.
We cannot recommend this villa enough and would hope to return in the future.
We hired a car and would definitely recommend anyone staying also does so.
Thank you for helping us have an amazing holiday.
Nice villa in quiet location
Had a lovely holiday here , very well equipped and good location
Special interest holidays:
Paphos, an UNESCO world heritage site, is the ancient capital of Cyprus and former fishing port the often accredited as the birthplace of Aphrodite. The ancient sites and archaeology preserve this noble past and the harbour area builds on this, mixing old and new, to provide a perfect holiday destination in the sun.
Coral Bay is a 5 min car drive away. Here you will find a choice of beaches, water sports, cafes, restaurants and the most beautiful sunsets. A drive to the Akamas is recommended where there are plenty of unspoilt, deserted beaches on the way. Also the is the amazing untouched beach of Lara bay (Turtle Beach) where the turtles come to lay there eggs on a night.
Paphos International Airport is a 20 min taxi transfer journey. Larnaca is an hour and three quarters journey by car. Car hire is highly recommended if you want to get out & about and discover Paphos and its' surrounding areas.
Peyia village centre is a leisurely 15 minute walk. The centre of Peyia is regarded as one of the nicest villages in Cyprus with a beautiful Church, stone square and ancient ruins. It has a reasonable number of restaurants and bars, along with take-away food. The supermarkets in Peyia stock fresh produce and a great range of products. There are a few banks with cash-machines and a butchers, fresh fish market, bakers, Medical Centre and some other shops.
The local village of Peyia offers more than enough to suit any desire with many taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, deli, bakery, fishmongers, banks and not forgetting the famous old church which really is worth a visit. Weddings can be arranged in the garden of the Municipality, just 12 mins walk from Villa Madelise. The Aphrodite water park is a must for all the family, as is go-karting in Paphos & Coral Bay and many diving clubs and water sports all held locally in Coral Bay. You will find an informative Owners Guide at the villa to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
