This villa is found in a true rural idyll yet is within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and only 10 minutes drive from several towns and villages.
Ideal for outdoor living but well equipped with two kitchens, six bedrooms found on the first and second floors of the main building and in the groundfloor annex, complete with its own living/kitchen area and bathroom with shower. The main property has a large kitchen dining room area leading to a large outdoor patio, overlooking the pool. Stairs from the snug living room on the groundfloor lead to first & second floor bedroom wings. Total privacy and sumptuous views make this a unique location. There is a generously sized floodlit pool in very private grounds which include a 70 acre wood below the property. Beautiful sunsets shower the property in golden rays and the pool is in all day sunshine. Winter bookers can take advantage of the property’s 3 fireplaces, using fallen wood on the property to heat the underfloor heating.
A fantastically well-equipped villa with a large private swimming pool, in the most stunning location with views to die for! We had a brilliant family holiday in Casa Sibilla - we loved the peaceful setting, the brilliant views, great food, wine and towns and villages to visit! We tried the two very good value restaurants on the lake five minutes drive from the villa - well worth a visit! We would love to return sometime!
A lovely villa with wonderful views over the Sibillini Mountains. Casa Sibilla is perfectly situated and well appointed with a great pool and the garden provides peaceful seclusion as well as an interesting croquet lawn! Felix recommended osterias and trattorias which were very welcoming and provided delicious Marche food. We had a marvellous family holiday.
Thank you to Felix for an idyllic two week family break.
We have had a few trips to the region and its easy to fall in love with the area when staying here.
We were given perfect peace here, and when we needed it we could go down the hill to Amandola where we enjoyed beautiful gelato and macchiato in the square.
Every recommended osteria or trattoria provided us with excellent Marche food and hospitality.
Wouldn't hesitate to visit here again. We would heartily encourage anyone who is wavering to take the plunge and visit Casa Sibillia.

Renovation of this well restored Marche holiday rental villa was completed in 2007. It boasts stunning views over Marche countryside and the Sibillini mountains and has a large floodlit pool. Views from the covered portico and first floor terrace are truly breathtaking, with most of the Sibillini mountain chain in full view and the medieval hilltop town of Amandola nestled invitingly below. The separate converted barn to the side of the main property has a separate double en suite bedroom and living room and fully equipped kitchen, which can be rented with the main property or on its own if the main property is not in use. Great walking from your doorstep and a large lawned garden bordered by woodland below. The nearest restaurant is a 20 minute walk or a very short drive and the nearest bar a 5 minute drive. The towns of Amandola, Comunanza and Monte San Martino are a 10 minute drive away. The local town of Amandola has a very pretty market square full of life, lovely cafes, boutiques and restaurants and is seen by many as the gateway to the spellbindingly beautiful Monti Sibillini National Park. Nature lovers, walkers, mountain bikers, paragliders, mountaineers, skiers or simply lovers of the great outdoors will be spoilt. But you can enjoy all this from your table at some of the many osterias and agriturismos that are common throughout the area, and provide not only wonderful cuisine at affordable prices but have stunning views from their windows and balconies. In the summer months fairs, festas and festivals are in constant competition around the local towns, so just look out for the street signs that criss cross the roads in each town and village, announcing their special culinary delights and when to savour them. There are many museums and galleries in the area with famous painters such as Rafael and Crivelli in prominence. And evening summer markets abound.
